| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. on Zoom, with many members joining and interacting with each other on various topics. Post pre-Fellowship, the meeting was called to order by Pres. Uday Dharmadhikari and all members and guests were welcomed to the meeting. President Uday updated all members about the Eye Check-Up Camp and JALSA — Celebrate Life (Monsoon Picnic), an RID 3131 District Event. The Hon. Treasurer and President requested members to clear their club subscription, due by the end of the month. We wished happy birthday to Rtn. PP Rakesh Bhargava, Rtn. Vinay Biyani, Rtn. Aniruddha Gupte, R’Ann Sneha Bharti, and Rtn. Shrikant Sarda. We also wished happy wedding anniversary to Rtn. Dr. Rajiv and R’Ann Madhuri Narvekar. Rtn. Raman Nanda welcomed the guest speaker for the week, Mr. Raghav Chandra, IAS (Retd.), who delivered a very interesting talk on Experiential Satisfaction with Highways and shared his journey and experiences leading up to and serving as the Chairman, National Highways Authority of India, and Secretary in various Government of India departments. District RI Chair (DEI) Brig Sethi briefly touched upon importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as Rotary's global growth engine . He also explained the five Objects of Rotary. 3. PP Ravi Ullangwar explained Rotary fellowship as membership base and also it's Global structure. 4.PP & AG Prashant Khankhoje took the session ahead by touching upon Rotary as contributor to upliftment of society through Service projects. 5. PP Hemant exhibited for all donations, how effectively The Rotary Foundation (TRF) acts as selfless financial channel to support these service projects. He also elaborated the multiplier effects of donations to TRF as giving back to Society. 6. Our Past Youth Director & program coordinator, Yogini Joshi exemplified how Rotary is building better society with Global citizenship outlook through New Generation Services. 7. Our Director IT Sagar Saraf exhibited how to download RI 3131 App, & get digitally connected to Rotary for membership effectiveness. 8.After Q&A session, the meeting ended by Vote of thanks by our new member Rtn. Date of 17-July, 07:00 AM Tree guards and drip irrigation will be reused from previous last year set up. Vikas Jakune will finalise trees more than 4’ height. Approx. 500 trees are available for us. 2) Gurupornima Celebration: Madhuri More will coordinate with Varsha Karle for design and momento. One name identified. Felicitation will be done on 13th July after AG visit. 3) Membership dues This month all membership dues must be collected. Club member : 15,000/- Rotary couple : 15,000/- + 8,000/- : 23,000/- total. This month 20th July, we will process July Dues to District and RI. 4) Club Trust: Vikram Shewale and Dnyandev Shewale submitted KYC documents already. Trust Chairman Ganesh Kalbhor to complete account aaplication by Monday. 5) Scholarship to needy students: 3 student suggested by Abhishek Kanchan. Required documentation will be submitted in next BoD. Vikas Jakune and Avinash Kodre are also requested to suggest. Donors are from our club and outside our circle. 6) Sanitary Pads Wending Machine Varsha karle to coordinate with beneficiary school for requirement. District clubs also working on it, we will identify and get the machine free of cost. 7) AG will not do speech. After his Ingrid, He will only be recognised at his seat only. 8) AG visit Scheduled on 13th July at MCCIA conference. Breakfast. At 09:00 AM. Agenda: showcase the installation day preparation.
