| Minutes of Meeting | President Rtn Ajay Mutatkar called meeting to order followed by National Anthem National Anthem was sung by all along with the video of Sahawas Singers President Rtn Ajay welcomed all including new members and spouses. He briefed about the club recent activities and projects. Secretary Rtn Rahul narrated four way test and gave secretarial announcements - including birthdays, anniversaries and next weeks' programs. He also informed @ the donation of Rs. 1 Lakh to the Pune Sahawas . Rotary trust by President Ajay. Chartered President Rtn Shekhar Takalkar briefed about the club history and progress Club trainer Rtn Prakash Avachat gave a presentation regarding Rotary - briefing all @ Rotary -its purpose, spread and work in 7 avenues. He also made the audience aware about the functioning, administration of Rotary clubs , its structure from club to district to national- international level. | Minutes of Meeting | आझादीका अमृत महोत्सव या संकल्पनेने प्राईड क्लबचे नवे वर्ष सुरु झाले आणि १० जुलैला आषाढी एकादशीच्या शुभमुहूर्तावर प्राईडचा पहिला रक्तदानाचा मेडिकल प्रोजेक्ट यशस्वीरित्या पार पडला. बालेवाडी येथील 'नंदन प्रोस्पेरा गोल्ड' या सोसायटीच्या कम्युनिटी हॉल मध्ये नंदन ग्रुपने येणाऱ्या सगळ्यांसाठी उत्तम नाश्ता व बैठक व्यवस्था केली होती आणि 'दीनानाथ मंगेशकर हॉस्पिटलने' रक्तदानाची प्रक्रिया सांभाळण्याची जबाबदारी घेतली होती. सर्व महत्वाच्या ठिकाणी बॅनर्स लावले होते त्यामुळे सकाळी साडेनऊ वाजताच हॉल भरला होता. व्हॉट्स अप ग्रुपवरून आजूबाजूच्या सोसायट्यांमध्येही ही बातमी पसरली आणि अनेक उत्साही नागरिक रक्तदानासाठी येऊ लागले. प्रमुख पाहुणे श्री. राम बांगड यांच्या हस्ते कार्यक्रमाला सुरुवात झाली. त्यांनी स्वतः १३६ वेळा रक्तदान केले असल्याने आम्हाला अगदी योग्य आणि आदर्श पाहुणे लाभले होते. क्लबच्या मेम्बर्सनेही यामध्ये भाग घेतला होताच पण रक्तदानासाठी येणाऱ्या अनेकांनी रोटरी विषयी व त्याच्या इतर कामाविषयी बरीच माहिती घेतली. आपल्याला रोटरी जॉईन करायला आवडेल असेही अनेकांनी आवर्जून सांगितले. विशेष म्हणजे यातून प्रेरणा घेऊन सोसायटीच्या सुरक्षा रक्षकांनीही रक्तदान केले. साधारणतः ११५ लोकांनी फॉर्म भरला व ४ वाजेपर्यंत ८१ बाटल्या जमा झाल्या. सुरुवातीलाच असा प्रतिसाद आणि कौतुक झाले की पुढील उपक्रमासाठी उत्साह वाढतो हे निश्चित. |

With the help of Hemant Dighe who gave 25,000/- for project & in addition to that, Dr.Devidas Bhalerao & Abhay Bansod, both are contributed 4,000/- each . Total amount is 33,000/- . Our club will give ECG machine to hospital from this amount. 2. 116 Laptop distributions through 4 NGO's to needy students. On 5th Aug 2022. With the help of Emerson Export Engineering Centre by Rtn.Abhay Bansod. 3. Installation of Interact Club of BJS school ,Wagholi on 15th Aug 2022. Rtn.Smita Vikhankar will take care of this program. Here on this day our club will help them in the form of books. Vibhawari will talk to Rtn. Ambekar Sir regarding this. 4.Installation of Sarthak interact Club at Amale & Utkarsh interact club. This event will be taken care by Rtn. Rajendra Mhetre, Abhay Jabade, Sharada Chavhan & Smita Vikhankar. 5. Fund raising for our Rotract club Vibrant through our club and sponsorers. For this event they will require approximately 10,000/- rs. 6. Annual membership fee for our club for rotary year 2022-23 from all our members will be expected in the month of July. 7. Our ongoing projects - Gundalwadi dam - Toilet blocks in Nira,Pimpale khurd will be taken care by Rtn.Deepak Shriwastav,Vasantrao Khedkar,Umeshji Naik, Abhay Jabade. |

(IPP) Meera Bharvirkar Vacant Posts – PE (Club Admin – All Portfolios other than Program and Cultural) Minutes of Meeting of BOD Meeting held on 10th July 2022- President Sameer welcomed all present BoDs. Foundation Director PP Subhash Dandekar mentioned to increase club contribution towards TRF to $ 3000 and more. President Sameer Mentioned: he will confirm the same from Goal Settings for RY 2022-23 as mentioned by him. He also mentioned to orient the newly inducted members in the Club with proper rotary information. President Sameer mentioned to do the same in consultation with trainer. (4) PP Subhash Dandekar also suggested to explore possibility of CSR funds available with Dnyan Prabodhini. (5) PP Subhash Dandekar & Sanjay Kulkarni suggested few alternatives like keeping Open Day, taking contacts from RCC members as well as Club Members for increasing Club Members, requesting Anns to become members. All these measures to be conveyed to Membership Director, Rtn. Shantanu Joshi (6) Rtn. PP Sanjay Kulkarni took the review of proposed club budget vis-a-vis expenses to be borne. PP Kishor Mahajan gave the exact balance available from last year and same will be incorporated in the final revised budget. It was found that the current proposed fees may not suffice looking at the increase in fellowship charges and other charges post Covid. Hence it was decided unanimously to take the review of expenses and available funds from quarter to quarter and then to decide actual fees for 2nd half. (7) It was decided that it is not possible to increase the attendant’s charges from Rs 450 to Rs 500 per month and same will be conveyed to her by President / First Lady. Upon getting her feedback, further line of action will be decided. (8) PP Sanjay Kulkarni mentioned that he will make appeal to all members to make the payment of first instalment towards club fees before 25th July. He has mentioned that RI dues will not be paid until we receive first instalment from all the members. It was also decided to discuss the exact fee structure in the 1st Business Meeting. (9) PP Sanjay Kulkarni also mentioned about requirement of details of the donor like PAN, name, form 10B etc as per new RI norms. RI has sent form 10B to all the members, He also mentioned to make any donations to the trust in digital form only. (10) PP Radhika mentioned to arrange for out of venue meetings. Other BoD welcomed this idea. Soon, Varsha Sahal for the club will be organised and details will be conveyed to all. (11) President Sameer briefed all BoD about tree plantation project as well as celebration of doctor’s day, CA day. The BoD congratulated and appreciated all the Rotarians, Anns, Spouse who helped to make these events successful. (12) PP Sanjay Kulkarni gave details of fund raising and mentioned, an approximate amount of Rs 1, 49,000 have been raised through the recently held fund raising program. The BoD appreciated and congratulated all the members of Fund Raising Team. (13) President Sameer mentioned about the Blood Donation Drive being organised by RCPS in association with Rotaract Club of PS and Sinhgad CoE. He mentioned that the details will be conveyed soon. (14) Rtn Anita Chitrao briefed about the programmes in pipeline for the month of July and August and mentioned that she will confirm the details soon. There being no further issues, the meeting was adjourned with Vote of Thanks and with the felicitation of Host Rtn. Anita Chitrao and Spouse Giridhar Chitrao. |
