| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-meeting fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. in Poona Club — Hall No. 1, where members interacted on various topics. After calling the meeting to order at 7 p.m., President Uday Dharmadhikari welcomed visiting Rotarians and Dr. Sadanand Raut, the guest speaker for the day. President Uday gave updates about the inauguration of Asia’s largest Rotary Radiation Centre at Rotary Surya Sahyadri Hospital, the Eye Check-Up Camp, a visit to the Deputy Inspector General of the Prisons department of Maharashtra, the Installation Ceremony of the Inner Wheel Club of Pune Central, and District 3131 event Jashn-E-Josh. He informed members about the appreciation letter from PM Narendra Modi to RCPC Member Rtn. Shrikant Sarda, and requested club members to clear the annual subscription dues before the end of the month. New member Dr. Shilpa Dudhgaonkar was inducted into the club. She was introduced by proposer Rtn. Dr. Gururaj Lachyan and welcomed by Pres. Uday and all the members. Rtn. Varun Nagpal announced the first program under Project Muskan, which provided assistance to 15 HIV-affected children from Sparsha Balgram — Yashshree Shikshan Sanstha, Pune. All members/spouses, especially those whose birthdays/wedding anniversaries fell in the month of July were requested to join the first visit on Sunday, July 31, 2022. We wished happy birthday to our members Rtn. Pankaj Mathur, Rtn. Amit Borkar, R’Ann Meera Luthra, Rtn. Rakesh Makhija, Rtn. Ruchika Sidhwani, and Rtn. Pres Uday Dharmadhikari. Hon. Treasurer Rtn. Vimal Saboo presented the RCPC Club and Trust budget. Rtn. Dr. Balasaheb Bande introduced the guest speaker, Dr. Sadanand Raut. Dr. Raut then delivered a talk on “Mission Impossible: Zero Snakebite Death”. The evening was followed by Mini Fellowship, hosted by Rtn. Dr. Balasaheb Bande, Rtn. PP Dr. Anand Bhatia, Rtn.
