He shared his happiness about being part of the Rotary International Youth Exchange program. This was followed by Rtn. Shirish Kshirsagar, the guest for the day, who delivered a special program and a presentation on the work and life of Kalyanji Anandji, the famous music director duo. The audience enjoyed the program. A vote of thanks was proposed. The Meeting was adjourned after the vote of thanks. |

| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting started by congratulating the IPP Rtn. Bhavana Ulangwar for being felicitated with the SILVER medal for Best Presidents at District level. Following topics were discussed: 1. Finalization of RY 21-22 accounts - The books of the RY 21-22 were presented by Treasurer Anindita and they got a general approval It was discussed that for the purpose of IT returns, the books shall have to be re-written for a period between 1st April 21 and 31st March 22 Rtn. Anindita shall get this done It was also discussed that three different bank accounts should be maintained - Membership, Services and Trust. The Services and Trust accounts have been dormant for a while, and it was discussed that all efforts shall be taken to get them operational 2. Changes in Byelaws The following changes were discussed and approved in the byelaws: The meeting start time shall be 6:00pm on second and fourth Saturdays. The annual fees shall be INR 16000 for a member, INR 26000 for a member with spouse and INR 10000 for a dual membership of a Rotaract member 3. Approval on first Quarter events The program committee was given the general approval for deciding and finalizing the quarterly event calendar 4. Installation of Interact clubs at ITI and Vidyanchal - Sukhanand shall discuss with the clubs and decide the dates 5. Pending recovery - Five members are yet to pay the annual fee (part or full) and it was decided that BOD members shall initiate a follow up Few members in the past year have not given their RI foundation contribution (INR 1000) which shall be followed up 6. Payment of Club dues - Treasurer Rtn. Anindita shall initiate the RI fees including the magazine fees and the district fees |

| Minutes of Meeting | रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे प्राईड च्या 32 मेंबर्सनी वेल्हे, बसली खोरे इथे वृक्षारोपणाच्या कार्यक्रमात सहभाग घेतला होता. आसपासचे काही शेतकरी व ग्रामसेवक या कार्यक्रमासाठी हजर होते. आपल्या स्वर्गवासी पालकांच्या नावाने देणगी देऊन सर्वांनी चिंच,आवळा,बदाम,चिकू,मोसंबी, वड,लिंबोणी अशी वेगवेगळी 30 झाडे लावली. यामुळे फंड उभारणीचाही एक जोड उपक्रम साधला गेला, त्यानंतर पावसाळ्यात उपयोगी पडतील म्हणून गावातील काही शेतकऱ्यांना रेनकोटचे वाटप केले. त्या परिसरात गेली २० वर्षे पाऊलवाट नावाची संस्था आदिवासी लोकांना व्यावसायिक शिक्षण देऊन स्वयंपूर्ण बनवत आहे. त्याचे संस्थापक श्री. आशिष क्षीरसागर यांनी त्यांच्या संस्थेची माहिती दिली व आदिवासींनी बनवलेल्या वस्तू व खाद्यपदार्थांचे प्रदर्शन व विक्री ठेवली होती त्यालाही छान प्रतिसाद मिळाला. आजूबाजूला सुरु असलेलली भातशेतीची लावणी बघितली आणि खास गावरान जेवणाचा आस्वाद घेत सर्व मंडळी परतली |
