Minutes of Meeting	This year, not one but two annets of RCPL were selected for RYE long term outgoing programme Antara Fulay and Sidhhant Patil to France nad Brazil respectively. They were felicitated at hands of Director RYE rtn Shobha Nahar. Nahar mam explained the programe and encouraged other parents to participate. The club also felicitated Annetes who passed 10th and 12th this year successfully. For this the eldest member of RCPL family, mother of Rtn Satish Shewalkar was invited as chief guest. She gave a small yet powerful speech on success to students. The club also celebrated birthdays/anniversaries of all members who celebrated it in July 2022. It was a fun filled family event and everyone enjoyed the nice fellowship, cake and meeting after long time in person.

The Installation ceremony of our Interact Club at C.N.ranganathan was planned on 26 th july. He informed that one new prospective member Ms Snehal will start attending meetings from next week Two Honorary members Mr Sachin Goswami were inducted. • Public Image Committee: Director Rtn Ganesh Hadake. Director Rtn Ganesg Hadake about the activites carried out in July Coverage about the Installation has appeared in Sakal . Also coverage on eye check up project was published in all leading newspaper. He is planning a Dog competition and Metro Rail joint project. Also asked members to give write up for publishing in the magazine • The Rotary Foundation: Director Rtn Meenatai Ghasasi Director Rtn Meenatai was absent. President Namita congratulated Rtn Asmita for giving 1000USD to Foundation. Also she congratulated all the donors for the donation to Hemalkasa project. • Director Special Projects : Rtn Nitin Naik Director Rtn Nitin Naik explained about the project that are being planned for the year. Under nidan we are planning to give Breast Cancer Detection Machine to Lokmanya Hospital. The cost of the project is Rs 10 Lakh approx.. Tentative Date of handing over is August 1 week.Also we are planning to give Dialysis machine the approximate cost is about 96 lakh, • Finance Committee : Director Rtn Abhay Bhise Director Rtn Abhay Bhise said that the will plan and let the Board know about the plan on how to collect the required funds. • Director Vocational Service : Director Rtn Rupali Bajaj. Director Rtn Rupali gave the information about the Doctors Day Celebration on 1 July at Dr Mahajan and Naik Hospital. She has planned programme for felicitation of Swach Employees. • Treasurer: Rtn Uday Thatte. Treasurer Rtn Uday informed that Invoice SAR for 1st half have been received and will be paid to RI on 27.7.22.He also told that membership dues have been received from all members. The Balance in Club account is at Rs 5.98 lakh The Balance in Trust account is Rs 2.7 lakh The corpus of the club is approx. Rs 7 lakh. All the records of previous year have been handed over to the incoming BOD. The signatories on Bank account have been changed for Trust as well as Club accounts. The membership as on 30 June is 46 members. The budget was prepared considering 49 members, hence there will be a issue of funds if members not increased. Also the dollar rate was calculated on the basis of Rs 76 but it has increased to Rs 79 hence SAR amount has increased. It was also decided in the Trust that as we are having small FD Receipt, it is difficult in maintaining records, hence try to club the FD and make 2 to 4 FD as appropriate. • IT: Director Rtn Pushkarraj. Director Rtn Pushkarraj informed that it takes about 4 hours to upload the all the documents on website as the website is having many technical issues, he will do it after completion of the month. Rtn Pushkaraj said that as Rtn Asmita is on the District Director Website she can upload the events and data which was agreed by all the BOD memebrs. • Counsellor :Rtn Ram Kutwal. Rtn Ram suggested that we previously had a hard Book in which all BOD and Trust meetings Minutes were recorded .As no such book is available we should start maintaining such book . He also suggested that we make a standard agenda for all meetings. Also we should prepare a SOP for further incoming Presidents to follow about the legal requirements for Club and Trust. He appreciated the work for the Breast Cancer and Dialysis machine projects and assured the Board that he will definitely help in getting funds for the project. • Other Points : Secretary Rtn Atul informed that the club has received a letter from PP Rtn Kirti asking for NOC letter from club. After lot of discussion on the subject it was agreed that the letter be given subject to ,she compiles and completes all the due diligences required for completion of formalities for Trust and Club accounts.They have to be certified by our CA. The matter will be discussed in the Board meeting after completion of the above points and then only decision about NOC will be taken.
