| Minutes of Meeting | This was a synergy meeting with RC Shivaji nagar and RC karve nagar. Members from our both Rotract Clubs also attended this meeting. Rtn. Devendra Saralkar and PP Rtn. Sandeep Belvalkar from RCP Pristine asked questions to celebrity, national award winning actor Mr. Upendra Limaye. He unfolded his journey right from being an amateur actor at college level to his bollywood career. Out of the 50 odd films he has acted in, he has received awards for 12 films, which is really a commendable journey. He also shared some nuggets of his personal life and his friendship with our own Admin director Devendra Saralkar who has been a co-actor in several dramas and some films. Vote of thanks was given by a member of RC Shivaji nagar. |

Dr. Mrunal is to be invited as visitor. A prospective new member from Dubai Dr. Manish Pardesi was discussed. Akash Sonar (profession – Events) was approved as new member. Vinayak Ghaorpade past member of RC Morya was discussed and was decided to check for credibility with clubs at Pimpri and then final decision to approve as member to be taken. 2. Renewal of Rajendra Borse discussed and decided that if he pays his dues himself then only accept as member. 3. Appoint Auditor for the last Rotary year 2021-22. 4. Delete/Add names of members in rotary magazine. 5. President is empowered by BOD to approve a project upto INR 10000. 6. Venue for District Youth seminar to be finalised and committee for the same is to be formed. 7. Mr. Ravi Vipra approved as Director Environment. 8. A link to be released for (one rupees a day fund raiser) for raising funds by 15th August by Manoj Agarwal 9. Fund raising is to be done through Donations. 10. Prasad Sovani has agreed to qualify for PHF without any subsidy. 11. It was decided to make TWO groups to visit 15 August programme to 1. Vivekanand school and 2. Asian school. Cloth donations to be given to Vivekanand school. Responsibility for storage of collected clothes and donate to school taken by Anand M and Mahesh Ghorpade 12. RCPL to participate in district project of Hepatitis vaccine. INR 10000 approved for the same. 13. It was decided that RCPL shall participate in minimum 2 district projects per avenue and further shall be decided based on merits of project and goals of RCPL. 14. For neonatal incubator project Ravi Vipra will raise funds for 1 incubator (@30K). We have to identify the beneficiary hospital Mahesh Ghorpade also agreed to get a sponsor for the said project. 15. RCPL shall plan a De-addiction awareness ONLINE event. Anand Mahurkar and Vilas Ravande to arrange for the speaker and date. Vrinda walimbe/ Arvind Panchanadikar are suggested names 16. Mahesh G shall plan a walk for Heart day. 17. RYLA to be continued as previous year. 18. Entrepreneur development to be supported by RCPL, hosted by BOM. Vilas R shall lead the plan. 19. RCPL shall be host rotary club for BIZvagenza along with RMB to be held at Orchid on 24th August 2022. 20. Ravindra Patil is been appointed as IT officer. 21. MUNNA program to be held in Feb spearheaded by Vilas and Ajay 22. A event BIG Franchise Expo in the program held by Radio Big FM will be headed by Mahesh G and RCPL will be host partner club. 23. Mahesh G is trying to get CSR funds from Sandvik Asia and creating a Sweden corridor along Metro route. RCPL banners will be displayed as PI activity. 24. For Dist youth seminar, few names have been discussed as Chandrakit Sharma or Priyadarshini. Ajay to take lead 25. Several members have not paid their fees for this year (even the first tranche). Rakesh to distribute list of those who have not paid and each BOD member to follow up with 5 or more members whom they are friends with. |
