Milind Bodhankar Treasurer report was furnished by President in front of board Plans for this month meetings were discussed and finalized as below: 1. 10th – Business Meeting 2. 17th – Raksha Bandhan Celebration with Innerwheel 3. 24th – Learning and Development Meeting 4. 31st – Holiday on the occasion of Ganpati Festival Discussions on the Project Planned for this month: 1. Rally on 14th August – Board agreed to go ahead 2. Digital Advertisement Board on Highway – President explained the progress in this front and further details shall be put forward to Board 3. Interact Installation – President shared the details of respective interact club representative collected, and informed that same shall be handed over to Rtn. Zarkar for further planning installations. 4. Blood Donation Camp – 06th August with Rotract Club of Khopoli – Board Agreed to take this project at Rotary Hall. 5. Tree Plantation – Digging machine and Tree guards needs to be brought back to Rotary Hall. Respective members to take action. Board to be updated as per progress. 6. Ganpati Idol Making – 13th August with Innerwheel Club. Board agreed to share the project cost on 50-50 basis. 7. President informed board about Global Grant Project. The project proposal was shared with board members for their review and suggestions (if any) President informed that all dues are paid: Rotary International Dues District Dues Rotary News Subscription Dues President requested all board members to submit ‘Member’s Data Sheet’ duly filled with all required information if not submitted.
