| Meeting Agenda | 1. Read and approved the MOM for the 2 nd Board Meeting held on 6th August 22. 2. To discuss current status of the club fees and trust contribution due from the members and action to be taken. 3. Appreciation of efforts of Dr.Suchitra and Rtn.Deepa for Interact club activities. 4. Current status of planned global grant project of Prayagdham Hospital equipment donation and actions to be taken to explore other international partner for the project. 5. Explore the opportunity to execute Cataract Check up and surgery project in association with Seva Arogya Foundation Pune and D K Health Trust. 6.Explore the opportunity of undertaking Happy School Project by October end. 7. Discuss the requests received from ZP School , Kolvan ; Maharshi Karve Vidyalay Kakade City Compound and Bhanoba Vidyalay for educational aids 8. Discuss plan to initiate the Crowd Funding for online platforms and generate CSR for the projects 9. Formation of committee for club's silver jubilee function RY 25 - 26. 10. | Minutes of Meeting | The meeting started with Secretary Vinayak welcoming the board members and the invitees. Secretory Vinayak read the MOM of last BOD meeting held on 6st August 2022. All were informed about the motive of inviting for BOD meeting. The agenda of the third meeting read by Secretory Vinayak. 1. Took a review of the Club fees & trust contribution received so far and decide course of action to expedite the process for 100% collection. Most of the members have paid the fees except 5 members who are not yet paid. Treasure Sachin updated the board about the list of members who has paid the Club Fees and Trust contribution for RY 22 – 23 as on 7th Sept 22. It is decided that the board members will appeal to members, who have not paid and ensure that all dues of the club are collected. 2. Global Grand Project - The prices have substantially increase hence negotiation is required and price need to be finalized. Rtn Prasad Panvelkar suggested that Mr. Appa Swami is a manufacture and we ca finalize the price with him. 3. Rtn. Hemant informed board about the progress of Cow donation project. 43 Cows are yet to donate. Few villages are not getting qualified to donate cows hence in place of those Wanjale Village is finalized for donating the caws. Rtn Hemant Jere has communicated to the partner club about the changes. 4. DG Anil Parmar’s project – Baby Incubator Rtn. Hemant Jere initiated the discussion of the project of baby incubator. BOD has agreed to participate in district project of distribution of baby incubator and decided to go ahead with 5 incubators. 5. Eye checkup Camp project- Rtn. Vinayak initiated the project of eye check camp with the help of Seva Arogya foundation. The cost of the camp is 20,000/- in which Seva Arogya foundation with organize the camp in Slum area along with team of Sava Arogya foundation, doctors. Beneficiaries will get specs as per the doctor advice. If we get the patients of Cataract, then those patients can be treated with the help of DK health. BOD appreciated the project and approved 2 camps. 6. Dental Checkup camp project Rtn. Ashok Pathak has initiated the project. It is required to do groundwork to finalize the cost, doctors, beneficiaries, and methodology to carry out the project. Once it’s done, project can be discussed. 7. Crowd Funding for raising funds President Abhay and Secretory Vinayak has worked on three online platform, the project documents along with trust certificate need to upload to start raising the funds. Out of three platform Milap seems to be ok hence board has agreed to upload the synergy project water dam casting 12.5 lacs. The presentation needs to be prepared for the project. Rtn Amey suggested to consider Prayagdham global grand project for crowd funding. 8. President Abhay appealed all BOD members to donate PCs/ Laptops for E-learning project and to raise funds for the projects. Rtn. Hemant Jere and Rtn. Sachin showed an interest in donating PCs. 9. BOD suggested to put all approved expenditure and available funds on BOD group. 10. Formation of committee for silver jubilee is formed. Following are the members approved by the board: 1] Rtn Praddep Muley 2] Rtn Rajendra Khire 3] Rtn Vinod Shrivastava 4] Rtn Anjali Muley 11. It is brought to notice by Treasurer Sachin that the change of bank account signatories for club and trusts is pending. It is decided to complete the procedure at an early date depending the availability of the old and new signatories. Sachin will coordinate for the same. 12. Secretory Vinayak ended the meeting with thanking all BOD members to attend the meeting. Membership director Rtn Vivek Mulye offered the fellowship. BOD Members express gratitude towards his gesture. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. on Zoom where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday thanked Rtn. Dr Shashi Saxena for her generous contributions to the Eye Care project and Moledina School project. Dr Prem Nanda was felicitated for his contributions in memory of late Sujata Nanda to the Rotary Foundation’s Annual Program Fund. We wished happy birthday to our fellow members R’Ann Seema Handa, R’Ann Radhika Malhotra, R’Ann Simran Kaur Sachdev, Rtn. Amita Munot, and Rtn. Vimal Saboo. Rtn. Madhvi Kshettry introduced the guest speaker for the day, Ms. Manjiri Gokhale Joshi, who is the founder of Maya CARE, a charity serving the elderly and empowering the disabled across 47 Indian and 4 UK cities, while offering career paths to 710 disabled individuals. She gave an interesting talk on “Leaders who have overcome disabilities” |
