Minutes of Meeting	Minutes of meeting Date 5 th September 2022 Time 08:00 pm On Zoom Members attended Smeeta,Shilpa,Prachi,Yogesh,Chandrakant,Tushar,Deepali,Arpita,Shubhada,Gouri ,Prashant ,Rajesh 1.August Accounts were shared by Treasurer Prachi 2).September month being peace and conflict month Two activities are planned a) Salsa dance activity at TBT b)On 21 st September we are planning an activity for Garade’s school children to stand in complete silence for 2 to 4 minutes. (President will explain iin more details) 3.Happy school- Shoes and socks are to be donated to kalamshet school children from the money donated by President Smeeta. An appeal letter and quotation is been shared by Gouri. Cost for shoes is Rs 4800/- 4.Asmita-Project is canceled 5)Reusable sanitary napkins will be distributed to 100 beneficiaries at kalamshet village.In the month of October. 6)Expenses done till date are shared. 7.Joint project with RCP Far East in Ranjangaon will be done. It is to start a crèche for small children in an industrial zone. Major expenses will be done by the partner club.(they have CSR funds) 9)Installation of an interact club is on 14 th September 2022.at Garade school at 11:00 am. Chief guest is Rtn lekha hinge from district interact team. Ag Shrikant Joshi Ag kalbhor will be present for the ceremony. At 9:30 am all the Rotarians from both the clubs will meet at Happy Harvest farm with both the AGs and chief guest and have formal joint meeting followed by fellowship. Then they will go to school for the installation. (Agenda is been shared) After the installation we have planned to distribute the uniforms 10)Furry friends event is planned on 20 th November 2022. It is going to be a fundraiser event. 11)Dir.Arpita spoke about the upcoming project-cleaning of Ram nadi water in Bavdhn area by planting special plants . 12.)Dir Savita said she has list of 8 potential members. Home visits are to be arranged. 14)President Smeeta has received a mail from PE Aparna that she will not be able to do her presidentship next year. Next president has to be finalised
