| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Discussion on CSR Project Report CSR Project Draft is ready. The cover page documents are getting ready by Rtn. Raj Munot. Once received, the draft report shall be submitted to Rtn. Manjushree Patwardhan for review. And then submitted to members to get CSR Funding from their connects. The projects considered for CSR Funding are: Toilet Block Pipeline Water Reservoir Construction Solar Pump One set of these 4 items cost about Rs. 4 Lacs. We are pitching for 5 such sets in 5 tribal villages. 2. Contribution amount of BOD Sponsored Meetings. It is been decided in BOD that the individual member contribution of BOD Sponsored Meetings will be Rs. 2500 The meeting will be sponsored by 2 Rotarians. The contribution will be utilised for BOD meetings and meetings with Anns as approved in previous BOD. 3. District Event Updates: On 17th September, We have a distric event "District Youth Awards - युवान" Clubs will be awarded for following criteria: # No of RYLAs conducted till 11th September # No of Interact/Rotaract Club formed till 14th September # Best Supportive Parent Club # Best Performing Rotaract Club # Max Registration from Rotaractors for the event. 4. Upcoming Projects in September President, Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite shared the details of upcoming projects in the month of September. The detailed project list with dates & activities will be shared seperately on BOD and General Group. 5. Open Discussion a) Rtn. Ritesh Munot informed that the 1st term dues are not yet recieved from some members. He has sent multiple reminders and yet the members haven't responded. He has asked the Board to take the necessary action. b) Rtn. Aditya Joshi informed the status of details recieved for new Rotary T-Shirts. Only 15 members have responded to the Google Form shared. The BOD has suggested him to reshare the message and appeal the members to fill the form within this week to place order. c) Rtn. Aditya Joshi has asked Rtn. Raj Munot to update the members about the Club Website hosting changes and other updates. Since we are approaching our connects for CSR Funding, our website is our strength to showcase our past projects and work we have done for past years. |

Reading of minutes of BOD Minutes of BOD Meeting on 06.09.22 were read and details of it will be shared on general group. 2. Felicitation of Teachers Mrs. Vedanti Mahale, Mr. Vijay Mahale and Mrs. Vibhavari Singasane were felicitated with Vocational Excellence Award in Education Sector for the exceptional contribution in education of students in rural areas. The teachers were overwhelmed by the awards and shared their experience of 24 years long on going career. 3. Birthday Celebration It was a very fortunate & happy moment to be able to celebrate the birthday of our Charter President, Rtn. Manjushree Patwardhan. A small cake was arranged by the serving president and we celebrated the birthday.
