RYLA project was discussed in detail • RTN Deepak Shah said that the Booklet of RYLA does not mention President and Secretary Names and is more of a political nature. Itlooks like a brand of mavalprabhodhini.In this booklet put a one-page note about Rotary club talegaondabhade • Dr. Neha suggested that a press note should be posted before the completion of the RYLA event. She mentioned that booklet more focusing on mavalprabhodiniand not the Rotary Club RTN • Mangeshmentioned about resentment of RTN nitinphakatkar .He wanted to include his lecture in the RYLA program. RTN Mangesh suggested that why not include subjects like Medical, Technical, Agro Construction business, even Navy. As there are experts in our rotary Club like Dr.Neha, Sanjay, Uddav, Karle,Nitin to give lectures of the short duration of may be one hour or so. • RTN Mangesh even suggested that RYLA can be in Villages where Agriculture subjects can be taken and RTN Karle is an expert in that field. Regarding RYLA details are mentioned in BOD and not to all members of our club. • D.rneha suggested Half time for RTN Hole and half time for other members is a better solution RTN Hole mentioned that RTN Menthe attended RYLA held at Pratik vidyaniketannigade where his lecture as a businessman was very much effective. RTN Nilesh mentioned that we should plan for such lectures. • RTN Mangeshsuggested to having RYLA with overnight stay and including 5 students from each school to attend that RYLA.RTN Deepak suggested informing in advance each school that 5 students will be selected for the RYLA. • RTN Deepak mentioned that the Banner used for the RYLA is not mentioning RYLA and the date. • RTN Mangesh mentioned that during RYLA in the village let us check their infrastructure so that data is collected for any CSR activity in that school. It was also suggested that those schools who have been permitted to conduct such RYLA should be given an appreciation letter through President. • RTN Uddav has suggested calling old students of the school who has started their own business and give lectures. • President mentioned RLYA 11 nos over July month includes RTN nitinphakatkar lecture to 10 th standard students where 221 students benefitted. • RTN Mangesh has raised a concern that when Mr.ramdaskakade attended the project it was not informed earlier and hence his felicitation was not done in large numbersby Rotarians July projects : • Blood donation camp on 1 St July by RTN Suryakany Pune on Doctors day • Two environments project by RTN Dr. Mundargi August month projects planned: • RYLA 12 target as per president. • 12/08/2022 anns meet. Induction of new members thrugh PDG level . Also call person like Borade to give lecture on one subject. • 15/08/2022 flag hoisting at adarshschool. • 26/08/2022 Fellowship • Devendrakadam projects Volleyballtournaments RPL with MIDC Companies and can be of 2 to 3 days period last day our RPL. Calling MIDC Companies is good for CSR funding Anns and Annettes competitions • RTN Mangesh suggested to give awards from our budget and can be about Rs 50000. If needed call for separate meeting RTN Hampiholi Balace sheet is given but not signed even updating of change of authorized names is pending with the bank of India . RTN Uddav suggested to carry out transaction both treasures can go to the bank and meet the concerned person. As per hampiholi paper submitted are missing in bank President mentioned that mass marriage due are not paid to Parajape school he will follow up the matter. RTN Mugargi Madhachegaon can be Shirde village for this project Govt gives 50%expenditures and 50 % through CSR . About Rs 20000 are required to start with for 15 persons. Suggested to do after the rain but homework to do now President suggested that from next BOD meeting while giving the projects proposal be ready with all details including expenditures likely to be incurred. RTN Menthe Club meetings should be as per the schedule 1 St Friday BOD Vanue as per the host and should be ok by all the members 2 nd Friday Anns meetings total there will be 8 Anns meeting in the year remaing 4 will be with other events like installation, Jallosh, picnic etc 3 rd Friday general meeting (businessmeeting ) As per RTN Mangesh dedicated person should be in the office RTN Nilesh suggested in the business visiting card one should mention at the back CSR no RC etc RTN Mangesh said that we should have a hard copy of our directory with updating He also mentioned that PI director to post only BD of members may be by 6 to 7 AM RTN Nilesh Best projects by other clubs should be adopted for CSR. At list 10 com should be in our CSR by December end RTN Neha Flash meeting they are asking for detail of project. We have to identify a handsome project.
