| Minutes of Meeting | Called to order by President Aditya Kakrania @ 11:05 am, and national anthem was sung with pride. First of order of business was preparations for the DG Visit, but we will need to postpone it. President Aditya Kakrania will propose the new times as: 11:30am on Jan 7th (Sat), Jan 8th (Sun), or Jan 21st (Sat). Outstanding membership dues need to be paid by all members and Rtn SM Khan and Dr Cimran Jethwani will followup with members to get these cleared. Three potential new members were introduced by President Rtn Aditya Kakrania, Rtn Khushboo Kakrania and Rtn Jivraj Chole. Stationary donation drive that was proposed by Admin Rtn Sandhya Agarwal for Santulan bhavan will be done on 17th Spetember 2022. We have had very generous contributions from our club members, and all members were encouraged to attend it. The next club meeting will be held at the residence of President Aditya Kakrania on 18th September, and Rtn Adil Rahman & Rtn Raju Shah will connect will all members to get their confirmation of attendance. Treasurer Rtn Sachin Talreja should be able to visit the bank and clear the club’s district dues before the next meeting. Director of Public Image Rtn Jivraj Chole has proposed a tree plantation drive for Green Lungs, he will get all the details ironed out and propose the date and time. Vote of Thanks was given by Rtn Ravi Patodia, and the meeting was adjourned by President Rtn Aditya Kakrania. |

Confirmation of last BOD meeting – The minutes have been uploaded on the Dist-3131 app. Sukhanand has issues with the approval due to email, which he needs to fix with the district 2. Review of last month – The magazine fees should be for online for all. Appointment of CA for trust was to be initiated 3. Next month’s plan - Month Oct - economic development. Under the Chairmanship of Sumant Pande. He proposed activities in nearby village – Pabal. It was discussed that this be a sustained activity with a long-term impact. He shall submit a white paper on what can be done. The matter of fund raising for such projects was also discussed. It was agreed that once the project is defined, fund raising can be discussed with potential donors. It was also discussed that a sum of INR 2000 from all members and higher (5000) from each BOD member can be collected to create a kitty in our account for taking up projects 4. Trust and banking activities - progress review – Anindita informed about the receipt of PAN Card and the process. We should get the trust operational by March 2023 5. Fund raising event (subcommittee) – It was discussed that a subcommittee under the chairmanship of Rtn. Fora Diwanji be appointed. The fund-raising program of dandiya may not muster enough funds. It was thus discussed that a larger program be organised (such as a popular orchestra etc.) which shall get more participation 6. Suggestions / proposals on large projects – Ongoing discussion, no projects discussed. It was however discussed that we make a summary of larger projects that other clubs have executed for inspiration 7. Kamdhenu update – The update given by Ravi were summarized. It was discussed that there should be a way to make this a RCA project than RCPSC 8. Purchase of projector – The BOD approved this, however a lock-and-ket arrangement at Balkalyan was discussed as necessary. It was also discussed to check with ITI if their hall could be available and if the projector in it can be used as a part of the facility (Mahendra to check) 9. BOD meeting structure / frequency – Last Saturday of each month ideally 10. Installation of interact clubs – Uploading of the forms and getting this formalized was discussed. Email ID of Sukhanand is the key for this 11. Payments beyond 5000 – The payments to be given to Rtn. Umesh and Ajay were discussed.
