| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting held on 12/09/2022. 1)All the members agreed on the annual membership fees to be increased from Rs.13000/- to Rs.16000/- & for Spouse Rs.6500/- to Rs.10000/- from 1st January 2023. 2)DG visit is on 21/09/2022. Tentative Venue is Hotel Kolkata (it’s final yesterday) 3)All the members are requested to pay Rs.500/- per couple as a advance towards the contribution for the DG visit food expenses. If required will be contributed (if needed) as actual after the club payment of Rs.15000/-. 4)Rot. Rashidaji gave the suggestion for the Fund-Raising program. 5)All the members will pay the dues for first half till the July end & second half till January end. 6)Yummy fellowship given by Rtn. M.
