| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting call for order. Four Way Test and National Anthem. As most of our members were present for the meeting President took the opportunity to hand over remining happy moment gifts as well as announced Happy Moments for the month. President Surendra Joshi appealed to members that in order to survive and excel, our club needs serious changes and suggestions for improvement are requested from all members which should be for club and not personal: Summarized Suggestions are as blow: - Improve Membership for that membership criteria can be tweaked to suit - Invite spouses of members, involve them in club activities. - Bring interesting topics and speakers for meetings - Inviting spectators from other clubs for lectures and managing expenses by restricting if for tea and sacks - Calling and inviting members for meeting - Choosing different locations for family night meetings - Making meetings interesting by arranging quiz and participation from members - Call members for projects, invite friends for projects, invite prospective members for project - Include new vocation members in our club - Participate in full numbers in district events, get some trade mark for our club (viz. T-Shirt/ Pin etc.) - Start fellowship before start of meeting, Bring young and youth to club - Strategic Planning needs to be done, form 3 member committee for each project - Make a group of members and recognize them for their attendance. Plan fir side meetings. - Chief Guest are guests of club and should not be treated as personal guests. Over and above further responsibility was handed over to Rtn. D.
