| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Club Jt. Secretary Sunil read last BOD minutes Accepted by all members. Proposed : PP Varsha, Seconded PP Anil Sharma 2. Treasurer PP Atul informed that 13 members paid (Out of 31) their dues. He requested all members to pay before 31st of August 2022. 3. Club Admin Director PP Anil Sharma - Gave monthly program schedule. He declared that he will provide program schedule program on month to month. He requested all members to suggest ideas for Monsoon Picnic. He suggested to visit Chinmay Mission. Club President Vincent requested to come with more venues. PP Anil highlighted that at least two physical meetings in month for more assimilation. 4. Foundation Director Rajesh Abhang and club President Vincent appealed all board members to contribute. He suggested to contribute INR 2,500/- per month per members to achieve targeted aim. 5. Ongoing Project Director PP Chandru requested to provide list of our club ongoing project to study and work on it. Board members discussed on Thoran Village project. President Vincent suggested finding out possibility to visit Thoran Village and work on it. 6. CSR Director PP Bhausaheb requested Club President to give team to work on CSR. To prepare PPT to present with corporate. President Vincent gave few names (Jackson) to contact and discuss with them. 7. Director New Generation Rtn Alaknanda gave plan for two Interact clubs and one Rotaract Club. She explained that she is trying and discussing with S B Patil Collage Ravet. She has been given names to contact. 1) Gadhve Sir for H A School. 2) Shivaji School, Aundh. 3) Jai Hind High school to revive existing clubs. 8. Club Trainer PP Varsha suggested forming new Trust. It is very difficult to regular old trust. All board members unanimously agreed and gave all powers including financial power to Club President Vincent. Request club president to proceed to form new trust at earliest. He can spend money as per requirement without pre-informing to board members. New trust name also decided as RCTP Charitable Trust. 9. Director Service Project Rtn Rohal Shinde briefed about projects he planed a. Tree Plantation - PCNTDA Bhosari Circal 7. He explained to execute project he requires man power. He said he wants to execute the same with the help of students. b. CRPF : He further informed that 65 acres of land is available. With the help of synergy we can execute Tree Plantation Project before this month end. President Vincent requested to plan project on paper to get approval of BOD. c. Village Thoran : Rtn Rohal said we can work on Environment with educating general public. Teaching students about environment. Awareness of cleaning and maintaining environment. We can work on Carbon Footprint as signature project. 10. Any other point : With the permission of Club President Club President and Treasurer brought to notice of board members regarding financial shortfall in Installation Budget. There is big shortfall in Budget and actual expenses. They request Board members to give permission to pay dues (Shortfall) through club account. Board members discussed on this serious issue and requested Club Treasurer to work on it with the collection of club dues from all members. President Vincent expressed his thanks to all members to attend BOD meeting and their support and cooperation. |

Also briefed about the success of Runathon & appreciated all members for their participation. IPP Rtn Jagmohan Singh, Rtn Jayant Yewale & PP Rtn Ravi Rajapurkar presented the Balance Sheet for the year 2021-22, a cash balance of Rs 3736, Corpus Fund of Rs 61,27,744 & Trust Balance carried forward Rs 4,67,000 was presented & was approved by the board & seconded by PE Rtn Harbinder Singh. Runathon Director Rtn Ankaji Patil informed about the successful completion of Runathon of Hope 2022-23 & thanked all the members for their support. Also informed that the accounts will be settled soon. Strategic Planning PE Rtn Harbinder Singh proposed to have 5% of the net profit from Runathon to be transferred to the corpus funds. Approved by board & seconded by IPP Rtn Jagmohan Singh, PP Rtn Shubhangi Kothari & PP Rtn Anil Kulkarni. Memorandum for satellite club was discussed & approved by board & seconded by PP Rtn Srikrishna, Rtn Savita Rajapurkar & Rtn Suhas Dhamale. Further it was proposed to have Rajani Anand & Geeta Doshi as honorary members & was approved by the board. Club Admin Director Rtn Shashank Phadke briefed about the completed programmes during the month and also informed about the upcoming programmes. Informed about the New design of the Club Flag & handover of the same to the cyclist Fayis Ali who is cycling from Kerala to London. Informed to have Runathon celebrations on 30 th September. 7 th Oct Navarathri Celebrations, 14 th Movie Night & 30 th Heritage Walk. 21 st Will be Holiday because of Diwali. Informed that the Rowind in Audio visual format was appreciated by the members & also the district. Appreciated fellowship chairman Rtn Haressh Vanvari who took lot of efforts & organised fellowship for the Runathon meetings. Cultural Night Highlights were presented & appreciated the team members & participants. Proposed to have Rotary Cricket League on 18/19/20 th November. Briefed about the cruise trip which will be organised in Jan 2023. President proposed to print 100 flags @ Rs180 each & was approved by the board. Community Service Projects Director Rtn Kamaljeet Kaur presented the completed & upcoming projects. 1000 Trees plantation completed at village Kadus, Food Grain donation to Orphanage & Old Age Home, Awards given to two Women Entrepreneurs, 5 E learning kits were installed at Kadus village, School Bags donation to Ajanthanagar Slum Children, Career Guidance to 300 plus students of Modern College. Also informed about the felicitation of Engineer Rotarians on Engineers day. Phoenix Mechano has agreed to be the CSR partner & the projects will be started soon. School Toilets will be constructed with the support of President’s friend. CCTVs at Narasimha School Tathawade will be installed soon. For Environment project of PCMC Baker has agreed to be the CSR partner but they need another partner since the cost is 40 lakhs. 4 Acres of land will be cultivated here. Under Jaladurga Project five ladies will be felicitated for their contribution towards environment. Medical Service Projects Director Rtn Dr Ravindra Kadam informed about the completion of 16 Medical projects as on date, which included donation of Dialysis machine, Health Checkup camps, Awareness on prevention of Heart Attack through Dhadakan project wherein our contribution was Rs 20,000. Planning for the same awareness drive at our club also. Informed that Rs 70,000 to be contributed to District NICU project. Membership Director Rtn Pramod Patankar was absent Foundation Rtn Savita Rajapurkar informed that she will be requesting members for the contribution now, since she was waiting for the Runathon to get completed. Youth Director Rtn Ravi Hiremath mentioned about the awards received in Youth Seminar. Also mentioned the participation of 58 Rotaractors in our Runathon. Informed that new Rotaract Club will be installed at Modern College. Rotary information already given by PP Rtn Ravi Rajapurkar Rotaract Club of DYEIPR will be installed on 15ht October. Three interact clubs of RC Nigdi participated in District Interact Assembly & Interact Club of Pragati Vidya Mandir Indori got felicitated. Also informed that RYE Student Vidhi Agarwal reached Germany for short term programme. Public Image Director Rtn Jayant Yewale mentioned about the Press Meet at Double tree by Hilton where in 33 journalists attended. Beneficiaries also spoke in the meet. The event was covered by 50 Publications. Runathon posts are regular on facebook & whatsapp. Informed that the present contract is with Shabda Publicity & proposed to change the same with Aspire @ Rs,15,000 per month & was approved by the board. District PR seminar which will be held in December. This event will be hosted by our club along with RC Bibwewadi. Treasurer Director Sheetal Khinwasara informed that the Runathon collections are yet to be received. Mentioned about the Club Balance of Rs 6,65,019 & Trust Balance of Rs 80,25,524. IT Director Rtn Arati Muley had no presentation but praised all the directors for their work to keep our club at No 1 in the district. CSR Director PP Rtn Srikrishna Karkare informed that the 20 plus companies have been identified as CSR partners. KSPG is interested in School Projects & requested Service Director to propose the project. Also informed that the dialogues are going on with Baker Huges, Bosch(animal ambulance ) GKN, Enpro, Rheinmetal(school project ) Also informed that a CSR Broacher has been planned. Gram samruddhi project procedures have been chalked out & the project is moving smoothly. Special Projects PP Rtn Vijay Kalbhor was absent International Peace & Understanding PP Rtn Subhash Jaisinghani was absent Global Grant Director PP Rtn Pravin Ghanegaonkar informed about the proposed project of Bandhara at Kanhewadi @ Rs 75 Lakhs. Requested all the members to help in getting the funds for the same. Stewardship Director PP Rtn Shubhangi Kothari informed that a school Dnyan Prabhat at Talawade was visited & the benches supplied by our clubs were in good condition. Also informed that more school visits will be planned in coming months. Application for removal of Toilet in Pradhikaran to be given to PCMC. Training PP Rtn Ravi Rajapurkar informed that the vocational trainings will be started soon. Sergeant at Arms PP Rtn Pramod Deshmukh was absent. PP Rtn Arvind Khandkar congratulated President Rtn Pranita Alurkar & all the members for the successful completion of Runathon. Also appreciated all the directors for their work in respective areas. |
