| Minutes of Meeting | Following BOD members attended the Zoom Call: 1 Manoj Solanki 2 CA Dinesh R Dixit 3 Sushil Sahani 4 Vivek Jamdar 5 Punam Arora 6 Bharat Dighe 7 Suryakant Patil 8 Adesh Khanna Following points were discussed during the zoom call: • Bank Account • E-Waste Project • Budget Amount for collection • General Assembly Meeting Bank Account – ICICI bank wants Rs 200000/- to be deposited for opening the account (Various documentation, formatting issues within bank documentation need and our signed copies) Where as Axis bank can be a Zero balance account. Action – Proceed with Axis bank account, three [3] signatories needed [President – can be incorporated later once available], Secretary and Treasurer are available. One of the BOD can sign to move ahead. Bharat will initiate the action and Suryakant will support as needed. E-Waste Project Discussion – It is a good project as endorsed by the BOD. Once this first project is successfully completed, maybe we can have similar e-waste drive 3 times in a year in and around Lodha or even with couple of Rotary Clubs. Action – Punam, Bharat and Suryakant given the authority to go ahead with the project details and execution. They can keep on updating the progress of this project to all BOD members on our WhatsApp group. Suryakant to support on digital media drafts and finalization. Punam will work with Lodha team for their approvals. Bharat will support with printing execution. BOD to promote this project on various WhatsApp groups. On the event day [16th Oct, 2022] for managing during the Project Day, it was agreed that each BOD with 2 Rotarians/Anns take turns to support and be present at project site [Minimum 1.5 hours per BOD+2 Rotarians/Anns] Budget amount for Annual / Bi-Annual dues collection from Rotarians: Budget document prepared by Vibhor is not available with Bharat. Action – The earlier prepared budget document to be shared with Bharat. Manoj and Sushil to catch up with Bharat on Sunday and work through / finalise the budget document which can be presented in the upcoming Club Assembly. Club Assembly – on Friday 14th October at Pebble Beach Hall Discussion – Present the Club bye-laws, Present the Budget for Annual / Bi-Annual dues collection, Update progress on E-Waste Project Meeting Action – Action points to be presented on Friday’s meeting |
