| Minutes of Meeting | All points of Agenda were discussed and resolved as follows: 1. PAN card has been processed and mail received by Rtn. Khedkar Suresh. Board has appreciated Rtn. Khedkar's efforts for the same. 2. Since Treasure was not present status of change report was not available but it is decided that FY 2020-21, 2021-22 and 22-23 to be submitted in this year to maintain 80G. 3. President, Secretary, Treasurer, President Nominee and Rtn. D. Pillai are the trustees. 4. Nandan Pada project should not be taken due to a. Distance not reachable b. Involvement of third party. 5. For short of funds it is decided to conduct Diwali Pahat program as a fund raising project. The project committee consists of Rtn. Dr. Ravi Tilak has be appointed as project chairman and Rtn. Zarkar, Rtn. Sanjay Patil, Rtn. Suresh Khedkar along with Pr. Surendra Joshi. 6. It is decided that we should have club's special pin as well as a Jacket for special attraction as well as identification of club members. Rtn. Abbas is leading the responsibility who has already discussed with Jakhotia Emporiyam and decided that the team of 3-4 members will visit and finalize the quality, design and colour of cloth. Then further Jakhotia shall prepare and confirm. 7. New members induction will be done only after the improvement in attendance for that purpose it is decided to make groups of members and 5 leaders should take care of attendance of the members from respective group. |

Mukund Surkutwar, Rtn. Fora Diwanji, Rtn. Yogini Joshi, Rtn. Sagar Saraf, Rtn. Dr Vineeta Sahadot, Rtn. Karan Reddy Agenda & Discussion 1. 16th Oct Diwali Dinner program – It was decided that this program be light with some party games and interviews and Fora, Yogini and Dr Vinita suggested that they would coordinate between themselves to decide the program. Sukhanand briefed that the menu has been decided and that as a tradition this shall be a program sponsored by the club. 2. RI online Magazine payment – Anindita asked for the list of members, which Ajay briefed can be pulled from the site, which however does not have all email IDs updated. Sagar suggested that the use of Rotary apps would enable this but this was not conclusive as the members participation is necessary 3. Message regarding pending fees: Few members have not paid the full year fees and it was discussed that the President / Secretary sends a formal communication to these members 4. Revival of the Trust – was discussed online with Adv Jogalekar. He said he shall need a starting fee of RS 25,000, which was approved by the BOD. 5. Other bank accounts: There are a few more bank accounts of the club for membership fees, Service projects and the trust. It was discussed that the banking with Indian Overseas bank and Bank of Baroda is becoming very difficult and all accounts should be consolidated at a more friendly bank like HDFC 6. Youth activities: Yogini briefed activities such as RYLA and Interact installation as the initiatives 7. Medical projects - blood donation last week of November 8. IT initiatives – It is important that all members are UpToDate with MyRotary app download and used. Also, the website and Facebook pages need to be liked and updated frequently with more participation. Sagar expressed his concern that not many are active 9. Club Flags - Sample designs were sent to BOD, and it was agreed that we should print 50 flags with the approved design which has been quoted at Rs. 90 per piece for that quantity. The size should be a bit smaller than the proposed (8” x 12) |
