| Minutes of Meeting | Rtn. Sudhir Chakole, Chairman of Strategic Committee started the meeting by welcoming all the committee members. It was discussed to increase the membership to 50 in next three year; the target for 2023-24 is to reach 35 with 100% retention. he has informed the committee members that he would like to do projects in all seven Rotary key areas of focus. The major projects planned in next Rotary year is as follows:- 1) Identify and initiate Happy School and Happy Village project in next year and complete in next three years. 2) Many Medical Camps 3) One Guinness book of world record event this will be signature project next year 4) Borewell Project 5) Water cooler installation project with 2 to 3 year Annual maintenance contract 6) Tree Plantation throughout the year 7) Ganpati Idol and puja samagri donation to economically backward class. 8) And many more projects. The committee request to plan fundraising in advance, so it was discussed to conduct first fundraising event in May-23. Fundraising Events, it was discussed to plan 4 to 5 fundraising events to fund the projects in next Rotary Calendar year. The fund raising activities will be finalized in next meeting planned in Jan-23. It was also discussed to call District Governor 2024-2025. Rtn. Shital Shah as Chief guest in Installation ceremony planned on 2nd July-2023. The committee approved the proposal and requested Rtn. Sudhir Chakole to block the calendar of Chief Guest. Administrative budget and committee members: Rtn. Sudhir Chakole has informed the committee members that both the topics will be discussed in next planning meeting planned in Jan-23. |

Namita Naik welcomed all the members of the Board for the Fourth BOD meeting. of the year .She shared her views regarding the various activities and programme carried out in the month of October • Secretary Rtn. Atul gave the status of attendance and other activities In October • The Minutes of the last BOD were read and confirmed . It was suggested by President that at least till D.G visit we have to hand over some substantial amount for foundation Rtn Namita and Rtn Nitin are planning on becoming PH2 level members . Rtn Asmita has given USD 100 for Polio. Rtn Ajay ,Rtn Anant , Rtn Pushkar have given USD 100. • Director Vocational Service : Rtn Rupali Bajaj. Director Rupali was absent. No activites planned or carried out. • Director Special Projects : Rtn Nitin Naik Director Rtn Nitin Naik was congratulated for the project Pratisad, due to the flash floods in Pune before Diwali, lot of people had become homeless. Swaroop Vardhini approached through Rtn Anjali our club for help . due to the untiring efforts on Rtn Nitin and Rtn Anjali by their appeal we could collect Rs 21000/-. We distributed 30 packets of Diwali products to the needy people. P.E Rtn Milind said that the efforts of Rtn Nitin were on line of Rotary principal above Service above Self. • Finance Committee : Director Rtn Abhay Bhise Director Rtn Abhay Bhise was Absent, • Treasurer: Rtn Uday Thatte. Treasurer Rtn Uday informed as under The Balance in Club account is at Rs 1.41 lakh The Balance in Trust account is Rs 0.66 lakh The corpus of the club is approx. Rs 7 lakh. FY 21-22 Returns submitted to charity commissioner. • IT: Director :Rtn Pushkarraj/Rtn Asmita Rtn Asmita informed that all the projects and activities carried out by our club are uploaded on District website immediately. • Club Counsellor :Rtn Ajit Kulkarni.
