All weekly meetings are being held well with good speakers and fellowships . Bye laws and Trust Deed Amendment work in progress. After Diwali 4 to 5 members from the Board will meet the lawyer to expedite the same . 4. Service : Report communicated to the BOD before the meeting by Service Director Rtn Sangeeta Lalwani . Rs. 2 lacs recieved from Rtn Anish Poojara . Rs. 1 lac to be to be given to RC Pune Metro for artificial limbs project and Rs.1 lac towards Bal Mai Bhavan orphanage requirements . E learning equipment to be provided to Sassoon staff learning center after Diwali Oxygen concentrators given on lease to to Jain foundation to be retrieved for dispersation to old age homes/ hospitals/as and when required . 5. Foundation - Report was communicated before the meeting 6. Youth Activities - Report emailed / Whats apped by Youth Generation Director Rtn Kumar Kirpalani 7. Public Image : All activities of RCPA are being well covered on various social media platforms . 8. Membership : The Board appreciated the participation of new members in club activities as well as Service Projects . The meeting was concluded by vote of thanks given by Rtn. | Minutes of Meeting | Meeting was started with national anthem by Ann Renuka Pandit. The venue was nicely decorated for Diwali celebration & also beautiful Rangoli by the participant members of competition. The main meeting/ celebration started with induction of new member Suhas Kulkarni, followed by anchoring by Ravi Ranjekar, Ramp Walk by all beautiful Ladies dressed in ethnic sarees, gents & few couples like Usha & Suresh Narke, Dr. Aparna & Dr. Manoj Deshpande, Khade family etc. It was amazing. Later birthday boys & girls were felicitated along with special feicitation of Suresh Narke, completing 80 years of age, guardian of month & couple of week Bhavana & Sudheer Dafterdar. Meeting was concluded by yummy Pani-Puri, Bhel, Dosa-Uttapa counter by Shree Krishna Caterers. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Deepavali is close to everyones heart and we at RCPL celebrated it in a very festive way. All members participated enthusiastically in decorating the hall and a complete Diwali enviornment was created with lantens (aakash diva), lights (panatis), rangolis, games, singing and dancing. The fellowship was very special this time. We got everyones favourity Chaat stall live and unlimited chaat items like Panipuri, Shevpuri, Ragda Pattice, bhel were available as per demand, made fresh. The desserts were many and rare diwali sweets like Balushahi, Badam Puri, Pedhes and chocolates....All winners of the games were given their favourite gifts. Club also gave special decorated lanters to all members....It was a super duper successful and happy gathering for members.. |
