Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud Membership retention is the main focus Satellite club members are taking one CSR project very soon Director Service Projects : September Review Oct : 9th Adult Litaracy Center atBhimashankar. ADULT LITERACY CENTRE inaugurated at ChaasThakarvasti near Ghodegao, in the vicinity of Bhimashankar.......... and teachers were feliciated Canal work behind MrutyunjayeshwarMandir initial ground work initiated . Director Foundation : Global Grant Global Grant Project is uploaded on site. Our sponsor club given necessary approval.Waiting for approval from RI. Annul giving :Team has planned few initiatives next month being foundation month. Director Club Affairs and PI: All PI and reporting activities are initiated in well manner. Club Affairs activities Attendance committee is doing personal follow up with all members for increasing the attendance for the meeting. Director Youh Services : November Youth Week is planned INTERACT : Participation in District Event i.e. Walkathon on 16th Oct at 7am Rotary District 3131 organized walkathon to promote walking and use of public transport. A discussion about this district project took place in which the following people agreed to donate Rs. 3000 each - Rtn. Prreeya, Ann. Geetika, Rtn. Rajat, Rtn. Sanjay, President Kabraji, Rtn. Unmesh, Rtn. Neelima, Rtn. Surhuda, Rtn. Aniruddha. It was decided to allot Rs. 2000 from the club to Rotaract club of Indira College for hosting ICYE students from Nepal. It was decided to take up Global grants for epilepsy project on a priority basis considering the availability of a donor in the USA. It was decided that all the members should pay club dues before November 30, failing which termination will be considered. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. at the Poona Club — Conference Hall 1, where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday thanked Rtn. PP Dr. Anand Bhatia, Rtn. Shireesh Nadkar, and Rtn. Rakesh Kalra for their generous contributions to RCPC projects. He also gave a brief update on the upcoming Club Nominating Committee Election, which will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022. President Uday gave a brief update on various Club projects, including the River Clean-Up in Salunkhe Vihar and the Paper Bag project. He also informed members about the upcoming Piano Charity Concert, which will be held on November 19, 2022, at Mazda Hall, Dastur School, Pune Camp. This event will be sponsored by ICICI Securities. We wished happy birthday to our fellow members R’Ann Nargis Chaney, R’Ann Swati Kene, R’Ann Kalpana Merchant, R’Ann Madhu Tewari, Rtn. Nitin Desai, Rtn. Sagar Khandelwal, and Rtn. Jayant Luthra. Rtn. PDG Pramod Jejurikar introduced the guest speaker for the day, Mr. Adhik Kadam, a Social Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Founder President of the Borderless World Foundation, who came to Pune all the way from Jammu and Kashmir to address our Club.
