| Minutes of Meeting | KYA AAP INHE JANTE HAIN? RCPL has more than 90 members and all from varied professions and diverse backgrounds. Several joined in the last two years but the fallout of the pandemic prevented regular meetings. We decided to hold a ‘Know Your Member’ ice breaker meeting. The format was 120 seconds per member to introduce him/herself. Out of that 30 seconds were for the member and his/her family and 90 seconds to talk about their business/profession. PP of Rotary Club of Vileparle Mumbai Jyoti Babladi visited the club meeting. She donated new clothes for men and women to be distributed through our club. It was such wonderful gesture! She also donated chocolates for our interact students for 14th Nov celebrations |

Then the following nomination committee of 6 members were unanimously elected namely, IPP Anuradha Kale, PP Sharad Deshpande, PP Sudhir Darvhekar, PP Deva Ghorpade, Nitin, Sudhir Dafterdar. | Minutes of Meeting | Points discussed in the meeting are as follows. 1) We are going to conduct a Cervical cancer camp for ladies in the month of January. i.e. 3rd of January 2023 Venue - Remedy Polyclinic Time - 9am to 2pm This project will be taken care by Rtn. P.P. Dr. Devidas Bhalerao & Ann. Sayali Bhalerao. We will start the registration from 15th December 22. Nearby 100 ladies would be expected to attend the event. 2) Project by P.P. Pratibha Ghorpade at Koshim ghar was successfully completed in the last month. President Vibhavari, Sec. Puja , PE Ajay, P.P. Pratibha & Rtn. Vinod were present for the same. Water proofing is really needed for the school. This will be taken care by P.P. Umesh ji. 3) काव्यसरी ही आपण घेतलेली मोठी स्पर्धा. यात सादर झालेल्या कवितांचं पुस्तक आपण काढणार आहोत. Sponsors मिळाले आहेत, पण अजून मिळाले तर आपल्या club ला Fund raising होईल. DG visit च्या वेळी या पुस्तकाचे अनावरण करण्याचा मानस आहे. Umesh ji will take care for the same. 5) Project put-on by P.P.Abhay Jabade... इतिहास संशोधक मंडळा तर्फे भोर, शिवनेरी या area मध्ये ज्या शाळा आहेत, त्यांना तेथील किल्ल्यांची योग्य माहिती मिळावी म्हणून प्रयत्नशील आहेत. त्यासाठी त्यांना Recorded msgs तयार करायचे आहेत. एखादं JBL सारखं Unit असेल तर मुलांची सहल तिथे गेली तर हे त्यांना ऐकवणं सोपं जाईल. साधारण 2000/- खर्च per school अपेक्षित आहे. अशा 10 शाळा जरी निवडल्या तर 20,000/- पर्यंत खर्च येईल. यासाठी मान्यता देण्यात आलेली आहे. 6) Rtn. Aditi has informed that we have to submit beneficial ownership documents to Bank of Baroda for club's accounts. She is authorized to submit the necessary documents along with other signatories , to the Bank. 7) Traffic awareness program will be conducted in the month of January. 26th January might be finalized after talking to Vandana Tendulkar.
