| Minutes of Meeting | MOM for today’s meeting Meeting Date- 7th Nov. 2022 Venue- Girme School. 1)Meeting call to order by president followed by National Anthem. President asked all members to gather at 10.00 am. Near Akashvani (Serum road) On Saturday 12th Nov. to go for interact installation at Shiva valley school Kedgaon. 2)Rot. Papaji put a proposal for the distribution of Blankets to the old age home & needy. All the members approved for 50 Nos. Of blankets costing around Rs. 15000/- As well as Papaji proposed to do the project for the special children’s school run by Lunkad charitable trust in Hadapsar. 3)Proposal by Papaji- Rotaract president & secretary to be invited for the interact installation at Shiva valley school. 4)AGM for Trust is fixed on 25th Nov. 2022. At 7.30 pm. At Girme School. The guest is invited for the same topic- CSR funding. 5)First lady Rot. Tasneemji ask to all members to join for the one-day picnic on 27th Nov. 2022. (Tasneemji please send the details of picnic on the group at the earliest) 6)President put the proposal for E-waste collection. 7)Special recognition / thanks given by Club Secretary Nitin on behalf of the club to Rot. Shabbirbhai Poonawala & Rot. Papaji for doing the social work (Project) done by them at Diwyang (Apang) Kalyankari Sanstha Wanwadi & Jijai School near Hadapsar industrial Estate. 8)Birthday wishes given to the birthday Ann’s, Annets & Rotarians. |
