| Minutes of Meeting | It was AG Visit in this meeting. AG Kiran Deolalkar met the BOD & discussed their achievements & plans. Then regular weekly Meeting started with review of last week by President Namita & Secretarial announcements by Secretary Atul. PP Vibhakar gave Rotary Information on RIP Jennifer Jones. Then all the club directors presented their achievements & plans for their avenues. Chief Guest AG Kiran Deolalkar was introduced by PP Rtn Prasad Gadkari. AG Kiran then presented his remarks about club progress. He was happy for our club progress in all avenues. He suggested more growth in membership than planned (5 instead of 1). He was satisfied with very good job by Club Admin Avenue. He appreciated conducting 7 breast cancer checkup camps in first 4 months of RY 22-23. Vote of thanks was proposed by Rtn PE Rtn Milind Kulkarni. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by PE Rtn Milind & Mugdha Kulkarni. Dress code for Ladies was saree & Formals for Gents. |

| Minutes of Meeting | This outdoor meeting concept was put by Ann Alka & Rtn. Sharad Deshpande & seconded by President Amol Kagawade & Secretary RD Jadhav. Tempo travellar mini bus was arranged by Rtn. Anita Pandit for travel together. All members first visited Shree Ganeshji's temple at Theur, had breakfast & then visited Weikfiled's mushrroom plant near Loni Kalbhor. They explained scientific production of mushroom in large scale. The visit was very much informative & interesting. We had lunch at hotel Garwa. Thanks a lot PP Sharad Deshpande for nice visit. आजची Weikfield मशरूम प्लान्ट ची visit अप्रतिम झाली.मशरूम अत्याधुनिक पद्धतीने कसे वाढवले जातात याची सोबत पाठवत असलेल्या फोटो आणि व्हिडिओ वरून कल्पना येईलच. ही माहितीपूर्ण क्षेत्रभेट होती.त्या नंतर थेऊर च्या गणपतीचे दर्शन घेऊन गाडी पुण्याकडे मार्गस्थ झाली. रो.अनिता ने गाडीची अत्यन्त छान सोय केली होती.सर्वात महत्वाचे म्हणजे RD आणि स्वाती यांनी या भेटीची कल्पना उचलून धरली आणि सुयोग्य नियोजन केले.RD ,स्वाती आणि अनिता खूप खूप धन्यवाद. क्लब मधल्या उत्साही सभासदांनी या ट्रिप चा आनंद घेतला त्या बद्दल त्यांचे मनापासून आभार? |

| Minutes of Meeting | Club Members gathered at Nalstop Pune to travel to JNPT Port, Panvel around 130 KM from Pune city. They were welcomed by the courteous staff of Globicon team, CHS Company having their office at JNPT. After tea and snacks we were taken to the port and explained about the SHIPs and Container loading and unloading. On return, there was sumptuous lunch followed by a short tour of the CHS facility. It was so well arranged, confluence of knowledge and entertainment, such wonderful arrangements, insights. Shailesh was superb in managing the entire episode. Ujwals हटके ideas really working well, diverse experiences all around. | Minutes of Meeting | On a mildly chilly evening, Pre-Fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. at the Poona Club Terrace, where many members interacted on various topics. At 7 p.m., the meeting was called to order by President Uday Dharmadhikari, who extended a warm welcome to members and visiting Rotarians. A minute’s silence was observed in memory of Rtn. PDG Satish Kaushik, who passed away on November 5, 2022. President Uday thanked Rtn. PP Abhay Shah, Rtn. Varun Nagpal, Rtn. Shernaz Irani, and Rtn. Ajay Chitnis for their generous contributions to RCPC projects. President Uday gave a brief update on various Club projects, including the eye check-up camp at Yerawada Jail and the distribution of spectacles at Dakshana Foundation. He also gave a few details about the District Event Audarya — TRF Seminar, and requested RCPC members to participate in the event. Rtn. Vipen Malhotra informed members about the upcoming Piano Charity Concert, which will be held this evening at Mazda Hall, Dastur School, Pune Camp. The event is being sponsored by ICICI Securities. Rtn. Brig. PKM Raja gave members a short update on the upcoming Rotary Boxing Championship, which will be held on December 11, 2022, at MIT ADT Campus, Loni Kalbhor. We wished happy birthday to our fellow members R’Ann Madhuri Narvekar, Rtn. Aruna Rathi, Rtn. Yogesh Shah, Rtn. Anil Bora, R’Ann Anagha Shah, Rtn. Parvin Malhotra, and Rtn. PP Vijai Sarkar. We also wished Rtn. Nitin and R’Ann Sonia Rajore a happy wedding anniversary. The main item on the evening’s agenda was the Election of the Nominating Committee for Rotary Year 2023–24. Seven members were to be elected from amongst 13 contestants. Rtn. PE Ajay Chitnis, who was in charge of the election, apprised members about the entire voting process. RCPC members then cast their votes using the ballots provided. The results were brought in by the Presiding Officer, PE Ajay Chitnis, before the scheduled close of the meeting and were announced by President Uday Dharmadhikari.
