| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting called order and after National Anthem and 4 Way Test, Happy Moments were celebrated. President presented the progress on the tasks taken for 2022-23 as follows: 1. Advertisement Board to be installed for club's regular income for ever. It is divided in to 3 Parts 1. Technical Specification which are finalised 2. Space to Install : Yet in discussion level. Needs to speedup and 3 Regular administration. Which can be done only after completion of stage 2. 2. New Member - As per plan 10 Members are selected and can be done in January Family Night to make heir entry grand. If possible district Celebrity will be called for the function. 3. Medical Camps ; This will start in second Half i.e. January 2023 4. By the end on 2022-23, The TRF Contribution should be achieved as Promised to DG. Foundation Director has been made aware of it. 5. New Committee for 2023-24 will be decided next Month i.e. in December 6. Cattle Donation Camp ; Including prospective Member promised to attend 7. All Sun Shine Collection during the year will be given to Polio Fund Meeting ended with delicious food at Deshmukh Kitchen |
