Prashant Khankhoje, Rtn. Pralhad Salunkhe, Rtn. Yogini Joshi, Rtn. Ajay Deshkar, Rtn. Hemant Chaudhari, Rtn, Mahendra Mali, Rtn, Vineeta Sahadot, Rtn. Umesh Kothavade, Rtn. Mukund Surkutwar, Rtn. Ravindra Nerlikar Agenda & Discussion 1. Confirmation of MOM of earlier BoD meetings: Discussed and agreed 2. Director's Presentation of status of present progress & future of each Avenue: Not many deliberations on this topic 3. Discussion of streams to improve club Revenue: Yogini mentioned about the possibility of organizing an orchestra of Sudesh Bhosale through an agency which shall take a commission of about 20% and take care of all arrangements. BOD concluded that this needs more deliberations with the agency – Yogini to organize 4. Revival of Trust: Ravindra updated on the process and progress. The trust is estimated to be operational by Merch 2023. The documents could be signed by any three members (all members need not sign) 5. Consolidation of Bank accounts: Documents for opening bank accounts with HDFC and closing BoB accounts (both membership and service accounts) have been completed and the new bank accounts shall be opened soon a. Service account to be transferred to trust account (which can be made operational soon) b. For the past accounting practice of maintaining two operational accounts within the same (membership) bank account – one for membership and other for charitable trust to ensure compliance 6. Planning for planning assembly: Discussed that the planning assembly be held on the 3rd December and all members should be appealed to nominate themselves for participation in the BOD next year. 7. Nominations committee RY 2324 onwards: The nomination shall be discussed in the planning assembly, including the nomination of the election chair and the PNE for RY24-25 (to reaffirm the interest of Rtn. Rajendra Shelar). Yogini expressed willingness to be the PNE next year and advance that by a year if Rtn. Rajendra backs out 8. Other points discussed: a. To appoint a person to handle logistics of moving documents between members to increase efficiency was discussed. Ajay’s driver to be asked for interest at a nominal monthly pay b. Document to be sent in application to ITI for requesting their conference hall to be used as a regular meeting location for RCA in view of the increase traffic challenges of Balkalyan. President Sukhanand to work with Rtn. Mahendra to get this done |

| Minutes of Meeting | 1) 7th December we are going to conduct काव्यसरी प्रकाशन सोहळा..In Elecronica estate. All are requested to be present for this mega event. We will distribute near about 500 books on same day.. Details will followed soon. Sanjay Dole will be taking care of this event. 2) We have a planning assembly on 9th of December with our AG Shrikant Joshi. We have to present our presentation in front of him. In first week of December. presentation will be ready & will be given to Directors. Venue will be same... Elecronica Estate. 3) On 23rd December we will have our DG Visit. Venue for this special meeting will be Taravde Clerks in Details will be followed soon. 4) DG election Contestants for this election along with their biodatas will be put on by President Vibha & then we will decide to whom we are going to vote. Vibhavari will take care of this. 5) Nomination Committee chairman Rtn.Deepak Shrivastav will take care for further procedure. 6) On 26th November, Saturday we have Synergy meet with शुक्रांगण. Vibhavari will give the details for the same... 7) Two upcoming programs Coffee with Chandrashekhar & हास्य फुले अंगणी are going to conduct by our own club. | Minutes of Meeting | It was an great opportunity for us to get the golden nuggets from PDG Mohan bhai. November being the 'Foundation Month', Mohan bhai gave us and our visitors a detailed description of Rotary Foundation and its work, how and where the funds are utilized, how giving to TRF is a best option than giving to other NGOs as the administrative cost is only 5% and our maximum funds are utilized for the welfare instead of administration work. How we get much more in return in the form of district funds and we can utilize it for Global grants and so on. Everything was explained in such a way that we were getting knowledge and entertainment at the same time. Lots of gratitude to PDG Mohanbhai Palesha ji. |
