Immediately Pratiksha Apte started the exciting show of variety entertainment comprising singing, dances, Zhembe playing, drama etc of kids Srujana Apte, Annets Anahita Ranjekars, Antara Dafterdar, Shlok Lagu, Palak & Akshita Rander's daughters, Palak & Nilay Bhandari. Sanvi Manoj Deshpande, Pranad & Era Shetye. Followed by birthday celebration of Rotorians & Anns during the month & delicious dinner. |

| Minutes of Meeting | RC Belmondo Gahunje MOM held on 25th November 2022 • 7 to 7.35 assimilation with tasty kacchi Dhabeli and chocolate/pineapple cakes by Rtn. Anu and Rtn. Punam. Only 10 members attended. • They were made to download the Rotary 3131 app and mark their attendance through the QR code. • 7.35 National Anthem and meeting called to order • 7.38 onwards the members were updated on the bank account and rent agreement process. • 2 valid points were raised by Rt. Chanchal Rai that needs to be discussed by the BOD. • 1. The address of the club in the bank account should be any permanent residents’s / Rotarians’ address as cheque books and debit cards are given only to the account holder and since the address we have mentioned is an empty banquet hall and there will be no one to receive it. • 2. The rent agreement with PB should be an internal matter on rotary or PB letter head saying we have booked the hall on these days of the month and at the discounted amount decided. As per laws it cannot be a stamp paper and registered agreement as Cooperative housing society’s cannot give the hall on rent to outsiders as the hall was made for the residents and members of PB housing society. • Rtn. Vivek put forth a suggestion that we can ask RC Nigdi if we can accept membership cheques in their name till we get our own bank account and the members present agreed. • 8.00 to 8.30 pm the members were asked by the President what are the suggestions the members suggested to improve attendance / decide speakers / projects / new year party etc. and the following decisions were taken: 1. 9th December meeting - Speaker Rtn Sushil Sahani on investment and current market scenario. 2. 23 rd December meeting _ Speaker Rtn. Chanchal Rai on affordable accidental death and disability insurance with a QR code sticker that can be based on the vehicle or back of mobile that has the holders name, emergency contact details and medical history . A camp will be conducted later where members/ non-members/ Belmondo service staff / can sign up for this. Treasurer Bharath Dighe has graciously volunteered to buy this service for his staff who travels on two-wheelers. 3. 13th January - Speaker we need to invite is Rtn. Prakash Jethwa to speak on TRF. 4. 27th January - Rtn. Suryakant will arrange a Doctor to speak about lifestyle diseases like Diabetes, Heart problems. The signs to look out for and basic first aid procedures like CPR that can be done at home before help arrives. 5. 10th February - Speaker Rtn. Neeta Patil on Healthy eating. 6. 24th February - Spealer Rtn. Suryakant on Entrepreneurship, Startup and taking your existing business to the next Level. • 7th January - Family night and new year party for members family and friends at LeParc restaurant. President and Rtn. Rai will speak to LeParc to get a good price deal. The food charges will be borne by the members who will attend. • President asked the members if anyone would like to nominate themselves or suggest names for the post of President Nominee for RY 24-25. Rtn. Suryakant nominated himself. There were no other nominations. Because there was very few members / BOD present the confirmation for the position was left pending. • Projects: • 22nd January a health check up camp will be planned for all members, residents, and support staff. Rtn. Suryakant will approach agencies for the same and President will speak to Symbiosis University to have the Nutrition students to conduct the body composition check up. • 26th February - Free dental check up camp, Doctor to be decided by Rtn. Anu and Rtn. Bharath based on their availability. • Date to be decided on the insurance / QR code to be conducted by Rtn. Chanchal Rai and his team. • 8.35 Vote of thanks and end of Meeting. |
