| Minutes of Meeting | Rotary Idol 22-23: Words communicate to the person, but music communicates to the soul! Kudos to Rtn Kranti Shah, (District Director of Youth), for coordinating the entire project. A soulful day was ensured with the help of the flagship event "Rotary Idol", jointly organised by RC Pune Camp and RC Panvel Industrial Town. RI District 3131. A remarkable observation is that there were 90 were non-Rotarians out of a total registration of 140. It all started with an audition round on 20th November from 9 AM to 9 PM. A diverse set of participants from Hyderabad, Bangalore, Aurangabad, Karandi, etc. were showcasing their singing skills in front of two celebrity judges. The result? A blockbuster final event with 9 winners in 3 categories! Credit to all the club members, participants, judges, audience, etc. for helping make this event a flawless one. Chief guest DG Dr Anil Parmar & the First Lady Dr Hema Parmar enjoyed &: appreciated the event. Special thanks to Mayur Gandhi for backhand support. He handled the IT aspects on both days which was a herculean task. Pradip Khedekar got participants from Karandi & helped. Rtn Amit, Rtn Kavita, Rtn Samuel, Rtn Jagruti, Rtn Dipak Sapariya, Rtn Sachin, Rtn Anil Shukla, Rtn Yusuf, Rtn Sadiq, Rtn Amaan, Yogen and Rtn Jayshree actively helped for wonderful execution. |

ZS and Net cracker Technology: Project by Deepak to be documented. C Aptive: Project for 3 schools development, bills to be raised without GST. with 3% admin charges proposed. D Amenora funded projects: Funds available in trust, to release these payments on Kund / ATM / School project need confirmation from club. A letter to be sent. Sec. discussed and briefed this to Amenora President Saraswati and Ex president Ninad on telephone, email will be sent to get consent. 2) Membership- Members who introduced prospective members to follow individually and get it done. 3) Admin: Dec Meetings confirmed with Guardian Lata Shinde. AGM in last week. Prepare Sad Pratisad for year end. 4) Treasurer: Demand for half yearly payment from members. To get budget from Admin monthly. 5) IT : For DG Visit: Avenue wise target and achievements from BODs. Template to prepare and get filled. 2 nd Dec meeting for Training on RI site and Dist. Site awareness. 6) Sports: Disable sports event, get detailed structure, cost and funds availability. Next BOD Meeting on 2 nd Dec at venue on DG visit, AG visit , AGM and Jalotsav.
