| Minutes of Meeting | MOM OF BOD MEETING DATE: 04th December 2022 Attendees- Nandu Jagtap, Anil Raskar, Abhay Bekanalkar, Ajay Kulkarni, Sambhaji Kakade, Popatrao Palve 1) President wellcome all BOD members 2) 25 school kits sponsered by PDG Mohan Palesha, and it is given to Katoba High school 3) BOD has given approval of 10000 rs in last meeting for toilet block installation along with other eight clubs at Prithviraj Kapoor High School. Haweli East is a host club for this project. This project is in pipeline 4) Asmita project is completed 5) BOD has given approval for RDP installation project at Dhyanprabhodhani school in sasanenagar, Hadapsar, 10000rs fund received from school. 6) Traffic sign installation along with PMC, Traffic police, sample ready 7) DG visit in 21st December. Document preparation Charter printing - Nandu Bylaws, PAN card, trust deed, club and trust budget, 80G - Abhay Create file with document 8) Arrange strategic committee meeting on Friday - Prashant Tupe, Popatrao Palve, Nandu Jagtap, Anil Raskar, Abhay Beknalkar Kishor Jambhekar, Ajay Kulkarni, Yashwant Kulkarni Club report, goals report - Nandu Jagtap 9) Update BOD members with responsibilities - Yashwant Kulkarni 10) Future Projects - - Dr Sahu has given 10 thousand rs to need engineering student - Affordable kedenee replacement project senergy project with Haweli East club. Minimum cost 47 lac. - 5 RDEP project, 15000 rs donation should be collected from donar - Clean River project from Pune to Daund - Sambhaji Kakade will lead to the project. Art of living team will give training. - Baby warmer and palana requirements received from PMC Annasaheb Magar Hospital Hadapsar - Ambulance donation, will schedule meeting with other clubs. - Eye check up and Cataract Surgery - at fursungi with fursungi club - Know your Rotary - 10 thousand rs contribution for new members, need to discuss on this 11) Future meeting - AG Visit and club assembly, Rotary information - 11th December at 7:00 pm - Bawarchi day - will plan in January 2023 12) Need to collect remaining fees of members. 27 members have not given full payment yet 13) RI dues need to be submitted in January 2023 14) Club position is 7th in district as on date. Need to request members to install Rotary app. 15) Dr. Sahu is doing great project on Beautiful Smile for 30 beneficiaries of BPL family boys and girls. Progress Review of BOD held in BOD Oct 22-23 was taken. 2. Discussions were done for preparation/fixing KRAs for Fund raising Musical event on 13. 01.2023. Some more meetings will be done and task force teams will be formed after finalising program details. Our club will manage all the logistics, on stage – backstage arrangements, ticket booking, sponsorships and event management for the program which will be held at Yashwantrao Natyagruh. It is to be noted that every member from the club should take responsibility of selling at leat 15 tickets. 3. Strategy for reaching 1000 underprivileged girls Under Project Asmita was discussed and various options were discussed including our interact and Rotaract Schools, Dnyanda vidyalay and others. PE Rtn Pratibha to lead the project 4. Finalization of Agenda for AGM to be held on Sunday, 18th. Dec. 2022 was discussed and following points were finalised. a. Review and approve MOM of last years AGM b. Overview of progress during the year 2022-23 – BOD presentataion c. Approval of audited financial report for the year 2021-22 d. Presenting Cub Financials for the current Rotary year. e. Discussions about pending Club Membership Dues f. Introduction to BOD 23-24 by President Elect. Rtn Pratibha Jagdale g. Nomination of Club President for the Rotary year 2025-26 h. Open Forum 5. Forthcoming Medical projects of District 3131 and planning our participation were discussed. It was decided that Club Sahawas will participate in District project of TB scanning only if we find any sponsor. 6. Budget of Rs 20000 was proposed and approved for our Literacy classes going on in Village Khanapur. 7. Blood Donation camp will be held at Nirmal Township, Sinhagad Road by our club along with Jankalyan Blood and the Nirmal Township housing Society, on 26th.January 2023. Club will approve any costs coming up for the said project. Rtn Rahul Lale will coordinate this project with all the stakeholders and Service Projects- Medical team led by PP Rtn Mahendra Chitte 8. Discussions were done for budget for Hirkani Project and it was decided that expenses should be within the allotted budget of Rs 15000 – confining to the Rotary Mug.
