President further informed that application is submitted to Shikshan Prasarak Mandali for allocation of Ruia Muk Badhir Vidyalaya Hall on rent for weekly Meetings. Project Director Dr. Mohan gave information about E waste Collection drive and approx. cost is Rs. 1500 and for that publicity is required. Rashmi suggest to inform Monday program in advance. All gave the reasons for the same 2. Biodegradable sanitary napkins: project with 0 cost., environment, youth and disease prevention and treatment: approved 20000 for RCPL project and approved tot ake it to district 3. JOSH attendance: atleast 12-13 members registrations is expected and BOD will work for it 4. MIT ADT Rotaract update: Vilas Ravande is coordinating on the same and says it will happen 5. Cataract surgeries: Approved 40k for cataract surgeries at KK hospital by Dr Seema 6. Yuvan a successful dist event by RCPL was appreciated by all 7. AGM to be conducted on 22nd Dec and IPP is expected to present the accounts of last year Ravi Patil, IPP is not responding. Treasurer Rakesh tosubmit the audit report to all. Strong recommendation from Vilas Ravande about lack of response from Ravi Patil and that he fears Ravi Patil wont present the accounts. He is objecting the behavious of Ravi Patil and expects BOD to reprimand him. 8. Appt of of Dir Projects non medical position on account of resignation of Mahesh Ghorpade on some filmsy reasons and making a huge issue out of nothing. Its all ego driven was discussed by bOD and no one wants him to be called back. Everyone objected this behavious citing he does this every year and not expected from senior person like him. Rishikesh Bagade will be the Direcot non medical projects 9. Appt of treasurer position: Since treasurer is not functioning not submitting data and not reporting in time to president or anyone, it was approved to remove Rakesh as treasurer and appoint Swati Tajne. 10. Signatory change and internet banking to be approved: Since treasurer will be changed, signatories will be changed and Manoj and Madhura to be added as signatories along with application for internet banking |
