| Minutes of Meeting | Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rotary Club of Pune Sahawas Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rotary Club of Pune Sahawas was held at Hotel Ratna on the evening of 30th December 2022 The AGM started when President Rtn Ajay Mutatkar called meeting to order. All were asked for National Anthem and every one chanted the anthem along with the Sahawas singers singing the anthem on the Video clip. Sahawas PR clip was also presented. Secretary Rtn Rahul presented the report of club for the year to the Rotarians and Anns present. Following points were discussed 1. Review and approve MOM of last year’s AGM were read and approved 2. Overview of progress during the year 2022-23 – BOD presentation was done through presentation with input from each director. 3. Approval of audited financial report prepared by treasurer Rtn Hemant Godbole for the year 2021-22 and was approved. 4. He also presented Club Financials for the current Rotary year. 5. Details of Various weekly programs and felloships done under the leadership of Admin director PP Rtn Sudhir Vaidya were presented. 6. Work of Hirkani group led by Foundation Director PP Rtn Dinkar Palaskar, efforts by Rtn Kiran Ingale , Rtn Sandesh Kothadia for Public Image was appreciated. 7. Various service projects done under leadership of Director Medical Service Projects Rtn Mahendra Chitte and Director Non- Medical Service Projects Nivedita Mulay were presented. 8. Activities done under Youth – New Generation- Literacy by Directors Rtn Pratibha Jagdale, Rtn Pallavi Ingale and Rtn Padmini Abnave were highly applauded. 9. It was decided to get registered all the non-registered Rotarians on District 3131 App and RI website. Rtn Nanadakumar Ghule, the IT officer will take the initiative for the same. 10. Discussions about pending Club Membership Dues - all those who had paid half yearly dues were asked to pay the remaining dues. 11. New Members - Mahesh Saptarshi & Smita Kothadia were introduced by Membership Director Rtn Kiran Ingale – they were inducted after the approval of all. 12. Special edition on the occasion of of “Maitra” was released – Thanks to Editor Ann Jayashree Dhupkar and Rtn Atul Joshi 13. Introduction to BOD 23-24 was done by President Elect. Rtn Pratibha Jagdale and was approved. 14. The point of Nomination of Club President for the Rotary year 2025-26 was discussed. 15. Open Forum - In the open forum following points were discussed - a. Trust receipts to be provided for donors asap b. For any expenses done, the concerned Rotarian / Ann should provide details in the prescribed form to Treasurer - Only informing President is not a good practice. c. Trust - Topic of Change report frequency was discussed and was decided to come to conclusions in BOD and then further will be discussed in a special business meeting in the club. d. Trust office official address to be changed from current Rahulnagar, Warje address of CP Rtn Shekhar Takalkar to the address of Treasurer Rtn Hemant . e. Members requested that Minutes of Meetings of the BOD yo be posted on business group. President Rtn Ajay took overall review of the Club activities in his typical style.
