| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with review of last week by President Namita & Secretarial announcements by Secretary Atul. PP Nitin gave Rotary Information on District Conference. Ann Ketaki Sindekar conducted the poem presentation by PE Rtn Milind Kulkarni, Rtn Milind Patil, Rtn Pradeep Sindekar, Rtn Varsha Hirwe, Rtn Chitra Kulkarni, Ann Dr Jayashree Mahajan, Rtn Vivek Kulkarni’s father - Gopalrao Kulkarni, Rtn Aarati Paigude, PP Rtn Dhananjay Hirwe, Ann Manisha Tikone, Ann Ketaki Sindekar & Ann Vinaya Kale. Makar Sankranti Halkdi Kunku was arranged for all the ladies and Bornhan was arranged for all small kids. Winners for various competitions are: Best Bhogi Prasad – First prize to Rtn Varsha Hirwe & Second prize to Ann Mugdha Kulkarni, Best Sankranti special Gool Poli to Rtn Hema Bellad, Best dress – First prize to Ann Dr Jayashree Mahajan & Second prize to Rtn Aarati Paigude & Third prize to Ann Ketaki Sindekar. Vote of thanks was proposed by President Namita. Our Rotaract club was present with maximum Rotaractors. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by PP Rtn Vidya & Milind Patil. Dress code for Ladies was black saree & black dress for Gents. |

It's great to hear that you and your fellow members are gathering to celebrate it. The activities you mentioned, such as making your own kites, participating in a quiz, and enjoying some fun and frolic, sound like a lot of fun. It's always great to engage in hands-on activities and friendly competitions during such celebrations. Wearing black as the dress code adds a sense of unity and elegance to the event. It's wonderful when everyone comes together and follows a common theme. I hope the kite making was enjoyable for everyone. Making and flying kites is a traditional part of Makar Sankranti celebrations, and it's a great way to enjoy the outdoors and spend time with friends and family. | Minutes of Meeting | The meeting started with Secretary Vinayak welcoming the board members and the invitees. Secretory Vinayak read the MOM of 6th BOD meeting held on 5th Dec 2022. All were informed about the motive of inviting for BOD meeting. The agenda of the Seventh meeting read by Secretory Vinayak. 1. Took a review of the Club fees & trust contribution received so far and decide course of action to expedite the process for 100% collection. Treasure Sachin updated the board about the list of members who has paid the Club Fees and Trust contribution for RY 22 – 23. Discussed on trust balance, pending dues, and expected expenses. 2. Global Grand Project - Foundation Director Rtn Hemant described the status of GG. The application is now locked. This will shoot emails to all concerned to authorities and the further to RI for approval. BOD appreciated the efforts taken by President Abhay and Rtn Hemant 3. Formation of Rotary Community Corps at Kelewadi Pune. Regarding this Rtn Hement Jere suggested not to work on Kelwadi as residents are self- sufficient, instead of that BOD aggreged to reassign existing RCC at Kemasewadi. 4. President Abhay elaborated the outline of fund raining project of Painting competition to BOD. Proposal is sent to HR infotech association and waiting for their approval on the same. Rtn Shirish Atre, and President Abhay will go and meet the association authorities. The collection and deposition of paintings will be at Rtn. Vilas’s place. 5. Discussed on Bavarchi day: It was discussed about the visit made to Farmhouse Sukh Agro Farm Near village Kikvi Pune Satara Road. Rtn Govind Bahirat, President Abhay and Secretory Vinayak visited on the RYLA day and finalized it. BOD sanctioned the budget and finalized the same place. 6. Regarding DG election, BOD gave all rights to President Abhay to vote. 7. Discussed on the preparation of AG and DG visits. The roles and responsibilities had been assigned. 8. President Abhay elaborated the concept of “Lunch with Tribals” which is planned on 26th Jan 2023. Club members will visit the tribal area near Mulashi, they will plant trees and with the help of NGO “Sampark” will have lunch with Tribals. All arrangement “Sampark” team will do with preparation of food. Budget of 12000/- is approved by BOD for the project. 9. Secretory Vinayak ended the meeting with thanking all BOD members to attend the meeting. |
