SECRETARY RTN KUMAR KIRPALANI 1.Last BOD meeting Minutes of 2nd January 2023 was read and passed 2. ACCOUNTS Club and Trust accounts report was communicated by Rtn Arti before the meeting . GG account has a balance of Rs.3.86 lacs. This to be utilised for further donation of medical equipments to Sassoon hospital after assessing their needs and approval from RI Foundation . 3. Administration : Report was communicated before the meeting . DG Visit on 10th Jan was highly appreciated . Advocate Inamdar to be appointed for ammendment of Trust Deed. District Conference Josh at Amby Valley was attended by Mohinish, Arti, Sangeeta Lalwani, and Naresh Paul Club Picnic being planned for 25th February 4. Service : Report communicated to the BOD before the meeting by Service Director Rtn Sangeeta Lalwani . MAI BAL BHAVAN visit is being planned with Rtn Anish ST. ANDREW’S SCHOOL SANITATION WORK : Vijay Samant is taking care of the work planned for repair work in drinking water area. Fabrication and water purifier will be taken care by the Trust from funds of Rs.80000/ recieved by donations towards the same. 5. Youth Activities - Report emailed / Whats apped by Youth Generation Director Rtn Kumar Kirpalani 6. Public Image : All activities of RCPA are being well covered on various social media platforms . 7. New member Apurva Sanghvi was inducted during the DG visit on 10th Jan 2023 The meeting was concluded by vote of thanks to Rtn Sangeeta and Vikas Lalwani by Rtn. Habil Handy for their warm hospitality and delicious dinner. |
