Manasi announced forthcoming program and birthdays. In this meeting general review was discussed. Amar told about hurdles to publish Panorama and ensure to publish in time. Club dues are paid and no dues of Parvati Club. Also there was planning discussed for Bavarchi Day and AG -DG Visit It was decided that Club day should be celebrated on Monday 15 th or 17 May the opinion o f most members were Monday. and also discussion about Drama Reading Competition |

| Minutes of Meeting | MOM of the meeting held today on 6th February 2023 at Girme school. 1)Meeting called to order by President followed by National Anthem 2)President gave congratulations to Rot. Rashidaji, Kunjanji & Shabbirbhai Poonawala for the successful project of Blood Donation at KJ college campus. 3)Rot. Mohammadbhai gave information about the coming blood donation project in Azam Campus on 10th February 2023 from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. 4)Rot. Hussainbhai had a meeting with Girme Interact club students want to decorate the school passages with flowerpots they collected Rs.1000/- & the project cost is around Rs.3000/- after discussion club decided to gave Rs.2000/- to purchase flowerpots. 5)President suggested to distribute 1000 nos. cotton bags costing around Rs.10/- to 12/- after discussion club decided Rot. Kunjan will take the lead and finalised by end of this month. 5)After discussion club decided to go Picnic on 22nd February. President declared Rs.5000/- as a contribution for the picnic from club. 6) Thanks to Rot. Rajendra Harale for fellowship 7)Meeting adjourned by president |
