| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-Fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. at the Poona Club — Conference Hall 1, where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday thanked VULKAN Technologies Private Limited for their generous CSR contributions to RCPC School Playground projects. President Uday extended a warm welcome to foreign visiting Rotarian Somesh Bhokwani from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in Spain District 2201 and exchanged Club flags with him. President Uday gave a brief update on various Club projects and Eye Check-Up Camps. He also informed members about upcoming programs, including the District Governor’s official visit and annual vocational awards. Rtn. PP Raja Kharadkar gave details of the upcoming visit by the DG and the Fellowship dinner, and Rtn. Giri Sakhrani informed members about the visit to the 14 Trees Foundation site. We wished happy birthday to our fellow members Rtn. Jignesh Patel, R’Ann Alka Srivastav, Rtn. Pradeep Supnekar, Rtn. Shefali Naik, and Rtn. PP Dr. Nasir Kazi. We also wished happy wedding anniversary to Rtn. Dr. Shilpa and Dr. Shashikant Dudhgaonkar, and Rtn. Bal and R’Ann Lata Agarwal. President Uday Dharmadhikari introduced the speaker for the day, Rtn. Nandita Khaire, who is a marketing and branding professional with more than 35 years’ experience in the domain. She has also been teaching the subject in leading colleges as a guest faculty. The subject of her talk was “Creativity — How to Come Up with Ideas”. The meeting was followed by Happy Hours. |

Chief Guest Prasad Joshi was introduced by PP Rtn Abhay Bhise. Prasad Joshi spoke about the multitalented inspirational personality Swatantryaveer Sawarkar. Rtn Sandeep Dandgavale Club is getting 18 Lacs of CSR from Continual Energy for donation of bus to Bal Kalyan Sanstha. It was sole efforts of President Madhura and the connect was given by PP Ravindra Vipra. President is managing to route this throu RISAO as it is more than $21000. Thus this year total giving of club will be more than 21000$ highest ever in RCPL. First time CSR obtained in Club. All congratulated President. District Designated fund of 2,40,000 is coming to Club, highest in the district. A new bank trust account for CSR needs to be opened as per RISAO guidelines. BOD approved and trustees too approved. Resolution is passed. President Madhura will be the person overseeing the operation of the trust new account. Resolution passed. BOD was very happy to learn that PP Ravi Vipra donating USD 1100/-. This was applauded by all BOD members Approval of donation for a Bus amounting to 15,00,000 with ROTARY LOKAMNAYANAGR name printed on it along with donors name. @ 6 lacs will be spent on railings for swimming pool at BKS. Handing over function ceremony expense Rs15000 is approved. Doner is Continual Energy Pvt Ltd Another CSR donation of Rs 18 lacs is granted for RcpLokmanyanagar by Knorr Bremsey India Pvt Ltd. Approval for all MOU, and other processes needed is approved by BOD. School Swami Vivekanand at Tal Asade, Maval will be donated following with @ budget received from the company. Ravi Patil and Ajay Wagh are looking after CSR from Rtn. Tripathi. To be obtained ASAP and Quotation for Product to be submitted by Seema in BOD. Fund raising event is suggested by President. Discussed other options. Synergy project with RCP Pashan where cost per patient is 500. @75 patient are to be sponsored. This is for information. A village Khanapur needs following: 3000 dust bin, Ghanta Gadi – @ 10 lacs A fitness camp and eye screening for cataract patients on Thursday 16 Feb 2023. One Rupees a day donation scheme..365 Rs scheme – Trust account QR code required. – Sandeep, Girish, Manoj. ATM water – 250 lit / Hr. – 85000 is the cost. 60000 is available is trust account. Rest should be sponsored from club account. Proposal is approved. Proposal for donation of Rs 500 to be spread with club members. Gopal High school – Ajay, Prasad and Ravi Vipra to look into the fund providing after checking with current donor supporting Gopal School. RS 14000 to be donated for fees. Vocational Excellence Award – Shital Mahajan, Vishnu Mnaohar, C Kulkarni __________ Names Approved. Budget approved. Bye laws amendment for increase of fees to be asked with District team. Ajay Wagh is to do needful. Accounts reports to be submitted by Ravi Patil asap. Strategy plan requirement to be completed by Manoj and Tarawade Projects to be uploaded by Secretary with the help of Ravi Patil. Clerk’s Inn is venue for DG Visit on 9th march. Ajay to invite all district invitees for the event Rotaract Installation at MIT ADT, Loni to be done asap to be coordinated by Ravi Patil. Satellite members have not done any project.
