Rtn Milind Kulkarni – IT officer 7. Rtn Prasad Panavelkar – Director Medical Projects The meeting started with Secretary Vinayak welcoming the board members and the invitees. Secretory Vinayak read the MOM of 7th BOD meeting held on 14th Jan 2023. All were informed about the motive of inviting for BOD meeting. The agenda of the Seventh meeting read by Secretory Vinayak. 1. Took a review of the Club fees & trust contribution received so far and decide course of action to expedite the process for 100% collection. Treasure Sachin updated the board about the list of members who has paid the Club Fees and Trust contribution for RY 22 – 23. Discussed on trust balance, pending dues, and expected expenses. 2. Global Grand Project - Rtn. Abhay described the status of project. Local partner clubs contributed in GG. We considered local partner contribution from RC Waraje ($500) , RC Sahawas ($1000), RC Koregaon Park ($1000), RC North ($1000). President Abhay ($1000), Rtn Anjali Muley ($500) will contribute in project. 3. Budget for Tunnel Walk Rs. 3000/- is approved 4. Budget for Web site hosting Rs. 5000/- per year is approved 5. Rotract club contribution of $112 need to pay. BOD agreed to pay. 6. BOD approved the budget for 15th inter rotary Natya Vachan Spardha Rs. 4000/- 7. President Abhay elaborated the outline of fund raining project of Painting competition to BOD. Proposal is sent to HR infotech association and waiting for their approval on the same. Rtn Shirish Atre, and President Abhay met the association authorities. 8. BOD discussed and decided to collect min Rs. 2500 from every member for APF. 9. BOD discussed on the action plan to add five more members. 10. Projects need to be uploaded and updated on Rotary.org. PH Society members need to be updated on District website. 11. Flags need to be designed and printed. 12. Secretory Vinayak ended the meeting with thanking all BOD members to attend the meeting. 13. Rtn Milind Kulkarni offered a fellowship and BOD appreciated. |
