| Minutes of Meeting | Interact Club. The president informed that the Club has received Certificate of Interact Club. On Saturday 25that 10am. Assembly will be held in Modern High School. Then installation will be done afterwards. E-Awards of the Club It was decided that Awards of the club will be given on 28th March 2023. The awardees decided were as follows. i-Chirag Award – Mr Sude. ii-Vocational Award –Mr.Sonavne of Mayur Shoes. iii-Woman Achiever –From Poonavala Foundation iv-Ideal Teacher - It will be Sou.Lata Patekar as suggested by Ann Mrs. Seema Popatrao Chavan. For (i) & (iv) award above Certificate, Trophies & Cheque will be given. For (iii) award above Certificate & Trophy will be given. For (ii)) award above only Trophy will be given. Venue for the award function will be Poona Club Hall & good snacks will be given after function. Preparation for Trophy responsibility will be on Rtn. Anjali Deshmukh & Rtn .Pradip Kulkarni F-Letter received from Nutan Bal Vikas Mandir. Then the President told that letter is received from Nutan Bal Vikas Mandir. They have received Paint material. Now they want help for Labour for painting, which will be around Rs. 5/- lakhs. It was discussed to assess the possibility to help and Rtn. Anup will drop in there for this. G.- Peace and conflict Resolution .-Rtn. Anjali Deshmukh invited everybody Friday at 6.00 pm at Grahak Panchayat Office, Kumthekar Road Pune. Our club banner stating “Peace and Conflict Resolution “ will be prepared by Rtn. Arvind Mithsagar. H.-Upwrite Issue It was decided to publish next Upwrite Issue. Rtn. Jayshree Panjikar will write article in it.Also Ann.Seema Popatrao Chavan will prepare article for it. Coordination will be made with Rotract Gem Club for Preparation of the bulletin. I.-Club Birthday. Our club birthday date is 8th April.It was decided to celebrate it on any suitable day in April 2023. J.-Mulkhed CSR project. Rtn.PopatraoChavan told that all 100 installations of Bio-Gas are done at Mulkhed. But still contribution from grampanchayat is pending.It was decided that Rtn.Popatrao will contact local MLA Mr.Shelke for this. Distribution of Reusable sanitary Napkins will be done on 5th or 12th March 2023. K.E mail received from RI South Asia Office. Discussion was made for E mail received from RI South Asia Office regarding Grant Compliance. Rtn. Samir Bhide told that our Grant Compliance is upto date. And there is no pendency at present. L- Formality to withdraw cosmos FDR were completed. Rtn.Popatrao Chavan proposed vote of thanks & meeting was adjourned |
