| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-Fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. at the Poona Club — Conference Hall 1, where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday thanked Rtn. PP Madhu Rathi for his generous contribution towards Rotary Foundation APF. President Uday gave a brief update on various Club projects, including the Paper Bag Project for Interact Clubs. He also informed members about upcoming programs and the annual vocational awards. A new member, Ms Dakshata Agarwal, daughter of Rtn. Anil Bora, was inducted into the club. She was introduced by her proposers and welcomed by Pres. Uday and all the members. The pledge was administered by Pres. Uday Dharmadhikari. We wished happy wedding anniversary to Rtn. Sagar and R’Ann Shilpa Khandelwal, Rtn. Sunil and R’Ann Anagha Shah, Rtn. PP Rakesh and R’Ann Suchi Bhargava, and Rtn. Dr. Shona and Dr. Milon Nag. President Uday Dharmadhikari introduced the speaker for the day, Rtn. Raman Nanda, who is a member of Rotary Club of Pune Central and a well-known mentor and coach for business owners and CXOs, and a family business advisor. The subject of his informative and engaging talk was “Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most”. The meeting was followed by Happy Hours. |

Friends would like to thank Rtn Usha for getting us the title sponsor Citi One. A big thankyou Jayashree, Shubhangi, Keshav, Sheetal, Nikhil,Haresh,Ashvin,Aarti Muley, Aarti Sood, Smita Savita,Shashi, Alka for helping in selling the tickets, sorry if I have missed out anyone. Would like to appreciate Dhanashri for planning and executing the entire event single handedly. She is a dedicated Rotarian, hats off to her enthusiasm and involvement in any event that she takes up. The program was appreciated by Chairman Sandeep Agarwal of Citi one, he has already booked the orchestra. AG Prakash Jethwah also mentioned that they had a lovely evening.. We missed all those who could not attend.. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of General Meeting Date: 25/2/23 Time: 8.30pm Venue: Likhite Hospital followed by snacks 1.Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite informed the members about the initiative of Panvel Municipal Corporation - to conduct a health check up camp at all schools under PMC. we have decided to undertake CKT School, New Panvel which has 2000 students. We plan to collaborate with other 6-7 doctors and complete the checkup in a week's time. 2. Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite informed and invited all the members to the Joint Meeting with RC Panvel City on 27th Feb on the occasion of Book Launch by Rtn. Dr. Rajesh Kapse 3. She also updated the members about the Women @ 40 project on occasion of Women's Day. We will be felicitating 5-6 Women for their exemplary work in their profession and socially. We also have a blood donation camp on the same day. This event is on 5th March 2023 4. In the Anns meeting, all the Anns have contributed to Donate an E learning kit to the needy school. The school will be identified by RCC Surendra Vyvhare and Rtn. Neeraj Kothari. 5. It was discussed to have a Holi celebration with Anns and Rotaractors. Venue and time yet to be decided. 6. We have our first Interact Club Installation on 21st March 2023. Details to follow soon from Rtn. Raj Munot. 7. The fundraiser Hasya Kavi Sammelan will be led by Rtn. Rajesh Mehta. He shall form his committee and update us on the progress in the coming week. |

Hon.Treasurer Fees reminder sent . Overall budget and as on date expenses are under control. Sunshine collection deposited in bank. Rtn.Khatavkar fees not yet received. Director Club Administration: Program Committee : All Weekly programs are conducted as per schedule. Next 3 months Programs planning is in process. Club day program will be planned . Fellowship Committee: The chairperson along with committee members are doing work as per schedule. Bulletin Committee: Special Womens’ Day bulletin will be published in March 23.Audio Visual magazine initiative under progress. Bulletin committee is doing excellent work. Director Membership: Orientation for members from 5 years is planned. 8 women Rotarians are inducted in this year. One new prospective member is approached. Director Service Projects : No such execution of any project in this month. Sr Citizen project for which PP Rtn.Runwal donated funds was well executed. Nala project is under process. Noc got in hand from PMC. CSR Grant will be now used for the same. Dnyanada school - project under process. Director Foundation : Annual Giving contribution 6500 USD .APF 1200 USD collected . planned to contribute 15000 usd in this or next year. For minimum 1000 usd to be given. Director Club Affairs and PI: Good response from FB posts. Attendance committee is doing very well job. Sargent At Arms : – Projector requirement to be informed well in advance by program committee.. there should be co ordination between Sargent and Program Committee. Cupboard to arranged properly. New Projector to buy. The maintenance is very important. Request to Sunil Damale for arrangement of PROJECTOR or One projector from Elkay to be kept for meetings. IPP :digitaisation and IT has developed so fast. So the comparative data of club is to be kept accordingly Observer Remarks : PP.Rtn. Shrikant Gogate to take a task for 100% attendance for a month. In April / May 23 we will take this as challenge. PM schemes are decleared.. but the poor , underprivileged people don’t have any idea about it , our rotaractors will take this task to tell all these benefits and to help them to get the benefit for this community.. all word of bod is going takatak… Rtn.Shruti Kulkarni informed she is new member. she is interested to contribute for getting rank and number.
