Pres Elect 23-24 Manoj Solanki IT Director Vivek Jamdar Membership Director Adesh Khanna Secretary 22-23 Ca Dinesh Dixit Meeting presided by Pres Elect Mr. Manoj Solanki. About recovery of Semi Annual dues of 22-23 from members, Board decided that President Neeta Patil will obtain confirmation from those members who failed till today to pay their half yearly dues of Rs. 10,000 to the Club before 09.03.2023. Board decided that on 10.03.2023 Friday In scheduled Club Meeting , those who did not respond or confirm, names of all those members will be DELETED from RI website. Pres Elect Manoj will also call those members to pay their half yearly dues 22-23. To form committee for the year 23-24, Pres Elect will talk this subject before all club members present on 10.03.2023 and accordingly decision will be taken. Board decided that both President and President Elect will coordinate with each to close the issue of semi annual dues recovery of 22-23. President Elect will take appropriate steps to increase presence of all members in the future club meetings. All BoD members present approved these resolutions. |

The issue discussed was to change the venue from Sarita Vidyalay to some other venue for regular weekly meeting - Bhave School, Renuka Swaroop, New English School, Ruia Mook Badhir these venues are far away hence we will not consider the same. Electronica industrial estate can be a venue. But three clubs having the meeting on Friday have their meetings there - RCP Hillside, RCP Synergy and RCP Katraj. Therefore getting Friday at this venue will be highly impossible. Cost of the venue is Rs. 1900/- per day you have the meeting. Lets visit the venue and day can be changed to Thursday. To change the day of the meeting from Friday to Thursday subject to availability of the venue is put to vote. 100% attending BOD are agreeing for the same. It will be put in the Club Assembly to vote. 2. Requirement of Speech Machin by Bhor School - Software costs - 90k or 1.7 lakh. It is useful device to give to the school having the speech therapy. Jayatai speaking with the vendors. We had funds of 58k. 20k sponsor is there. Lalit, Manoj, Snehal, Sachin (I), Rajendra, Sanjay, Bhushan, Jayatai, Kaka, Amit, Nitin, Suresh, Yogesh, Sanjay - 5k to give everyone. 3. For DG Visit - Mitra Mandal Hall- Final. - Suresh Shinde to look after booking the same. Date is 21.04.2023. 4. Installation date of Rtn Snehal Ghodke as Club President is 7.07.2023 - we will book Bhandarkar Institute hall for the same, 5. Dr. Naik Nimbalkar, Kantaram Chavan, Nikhil Gandhi - prospective member, Yogesh and Suresh to do follow up with them to materialise membership. 6. Manoj proposed to do 500 cataract surgeries. Rs. 5,000/- per surgery. 1% admin charges from the project. At Deenanath Mangesh Hospital. One year can have 500 surgeries. Funds arrangement by Manoj. To do next year. Condition by Deenanath - 100 surgeries one project. 7. Dental Check up camp - 9 and 10 March, 12.00. - 2.00 PM Bhushan Shinde is arranging the same. We need attendance from the club. 8. Project - Kavach - Snehal committee head, Jayatai also in the committee, To do the logistic as well as the parent consent form 9. For the Asmita Project - 415 girls are done in the Asmita Project. We need to identify the school, and to do the same in the month of June, 2023. Jayatai to speak in Camp education. Manoj to speak at Renuka Swaroop, Hujurpaga. 10. 14 heart surgeries done in GG Heart Surgeries. 12 cheques given. To Deenanath for the same. DMH is confident that remaining surgeries will be done in time. 11. Shailesh Bhagwat has given his resignation from BOD owing to his time crunch. BOD has accepted the resignation. Rtn. Ashutosh is added in BOD in the place of Rtn Shailesh as Jt. Service Project Director. For the post of President Nominee Designate, to post on Official Group and to see if anyone is interested in becoming the president for RY 2025-2026 and to decide on the same by 12.03.2023. 12. At Navmaharashtra School, Smart Screen is required wherein Silicon Valley is giving 40,300/-, 25,000/- is given by the school trust and 25k to be raised. To be put on the group and to raise funds from the members individual contribution. Sudhir to put it on the group to raise the funds. 13. Happy Village documentation is done now. It needs to be uploaded. Gauri and Bhushan to do the needful. Nitin to take letter of receipt from the school of the books. 14. Snehal is doing Ramraksha at Navmaharashtra. Thereafter she is going to have a competition there wherein top three students will be given prize and others will be given certificate. Cost of the prize and the certificates, Snehal proposed to do herself. 15. Lunkad School has asked for the printer costing 15k. BOD approves the same subject to funds raised for the same. 16. Dylissis GG . First to upload Community Assessment form to get foreign partner and to arrange the funds. Total machines 9 - total cost of the project - 63,00,000/- 17. Every Project done by the club, 5% admin charges on the cost of the project to be kept for managing the Trust formalities and other Trust related expenses. |

President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday thanked Rtn. PP Dr. Madhavi Vaze and Rtn. Darshan Rathod for their generous contribution to RCPC Projects. President Uday announced that Rtn. Nitin Desai, a senior entrepreneur and social activist, was presented the prestigious Punyabhushan Award. The presentation ceremony was held at Balagandharv Rang Mandir, Pune on March 1, 2023. President Uday gave a brief update on various Club projects, including the Eye Check-Up Camps and the assimilation get-together of members at Beetroot Bistro held on Sunday, February 26, 2023. He also informed members about upcoming programs, the annual vocational awards, and the Rotary District 3131 and Inner Wheel District 313 event, The Diva — Embrace Equity: A Women’s Day Special Event. We wished happy Birthday to Rtn. Shantilal Lunkad, Rtn. Dr. Ramesh Sachdeva, Rtn. Sunil Shah, R’Ann Pushpa Lunkad, Rtn. Shashi Raj Talwar, and Rtn. Navin Tewari. We wished happy wedding anniversary to Rtn. Dr. Shona and Dr. Milon Nag, Rtn. Rajan and R’Ann Nisha Khinvasara, and Rtn. PP Polly and R’Ann Yasmin Patel. Rtn. Nandita Khaire introduced the speaker for the day, Samara Mahindra, founder and director of CARER, India’s first integrative oncology start-up. With more than 10 years of experience in the field of Integrative Oncology, Samara is a counselor to cancer patients, and a breast cancer recovery trainer. Samara was interviewed by Aditya Dharmadhikari. |
