Minutes of Meeting	• The meeting started at 7.30. pm. President Rtn. Namita Naik welcomed all the members of the Board for the Ninth BOD meeting. of the year She shared the various activities and programme carried out in the month of February. • Condolences were given to Late Major Digamber Kulkarni and late Arvind Joshi • Secretary Rtn. Atul gave the status of attendance and other activities In February • The scholarship to be given for Rtn Ramthirthikar Fixed Deposit Interest amount, was given to Miss Shreya Jadhav. • The Minutes of the last BOD were read and confirmed. Proposed by Rtn Vivek Seconded by Rtn Milind. • Views of major activities and programmes to be conducted were shared by different directors. • Service Projects: Director Rtn Vivek Kulkarni Director Rtn Vivek gave the summary of projects planned for the month of March He is planning 2000 women check-up camp on cancer detection. We are coordinating with LRCC Cancer clinic. Each will cost Rs 200. Medical camps Traffic police at Kondhwa police station, Katraj police station for check up on right to breathe will be carried out. Our club members should be physical present. It is starting from 5 April to 22 April. Rtn Vivek said as our members are not participating should we really do the service projects. We do not have funds and in spite of that we are doing service projects, then at least our members should be physically present. Treasurer Rtn Uday informed as under The Balance in Club account is at Rs 1.35 lakh The Balance in Trust account is Rs 2.04 lakh Invoice for payment done for dialysis machine is still pending which we should receive before march end. If anybody is having pending reimbursement, please clear by march end. Lonavla - Planning to partner with Dental Van global grant project from RC Pimpri - Provide details about Aganwadi adoption projects - Total 25 service projects completed with 5500+ beneficiary and total cost of projects 12lacs+ - Planning to have 100% Rotary Foundation giving club - 22 members out of 32 members provided donations to Rotary Foundation India - Foundation goal achieved; this year club is giving highest ever donation to foundation compared to recent years
