| Minutes of Meeting | Rotary Sports city has done Village development projects at Dhamne in 2019-2020. Village has expressed their intention to further improve their village social scenario and has requested Rotary Sports city team to evaluate the situation and suggest possible improvements. A team comprising of Rotarians and Anns visited the village and observed various situations for water, education, electricity and other areas. The team has brainstorming with Village natives and listened to their different request and suggestions. It was agreed to work upon possible development projects at Dhamne Village during coming months. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-Fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. at the New Club Poona, where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday thanked Rtn. PP Jinendra and Rtn. Amita Munot for their generous contributions to The Rotary Foundation Endowment Funds. President Uday gave a brief update on various Club projects, including the distribution of spectacles under the Eye Care Project, Eye Check-up for Orphans, installation of a Rotaract Club, and RCPC’s biggest Social Initiative of RY 2022–23 organised by PP Rtn. Madhu Rathi at Mulshi, Pune. He also informed members about the District Team Training Seminar of RY 2023–24 and the annual vocational awards. We wished happy birthday to R’Ann Radhika Shroff and Rtn. PP Raja Kharadkar. The evening’s theme was a red-carpet event — the RCPC Celebrity Ball — hosted by R’Ann Sonia Rajore and Rtn. Ruchika Sidhwani. It was a star-studded and enjoyable night. The meeting was followed by Fellowship dinner. Many thanks are due to the Fellowship Committee for the sumptuous dinner. Thanks also to Rtn. Dr. Subhash Pallod, who sponsored the drinks. |
