It was a very well organized and wonderful program. The Bulletin committee came up with a Forum based on this theme and many of our members wrote articles for the same. The Forum was unveiled and Pres and the First Lady thanked all who helped this program succeed. We had dinner at the end and all left with happy faces. |

| Minutes of Meeting | *RYLA* दिनांक १९ मार्च २०२३ रोजी रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे प्राईड ने विद्यार्थी साहाय्यक समिती च्या सुमारे शंभर विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी रोटरी युथ लीडरशिप अवॉर्ड म्हणजे RYLA आयोजित केला होता. या कार्यक्रमाचे प्रमुख पाहुणे रोटरी डिस्ट्रिक्ट 3131चे पब्लिक इमेज डायरेक्टर, डॉक्टर जिग्नेश पंड्या व विद्यार्थी साहाय्यक समितीच्या सुप्रियाताई केळवकर यांनी भूषविले. विद्यार्थी साहाय्यक समितीच्या मोडक सभागृहामध्ये RYLA संपन्न झाला. RYLA हा उपक्रम मुलांच्या सर्वांगीण उन्नतीसाठी आणि त्यांच्यामध्ये नेतृत्व गुण विकसित करण्यासाठी रोटरीतर्फे जगभर घेतला जातो. सकाळी नऊ वाजल्यापासून संध्याकाळी साडेसहा वाजेपर्यंत कार्यक्रमाची वेळ होती. सकाळी उद्घाटनाच्या वेळेस डॉ. जिग्नेश पंड्या यांनी अतिशय सुंदर भाषणात मुलांचे मन कार्यक्रमाकडे वेधून घेतले. मा. सुप्रियाताई केळवकर यांनी विदयार्थी साहाय्यक समिती संस्थेची माहिती दिली आणि संस्था विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी ६३ वर्षांपासून कार्यरत आहे हे नमूद केले. नवीन आधुनिक जगात सायबर सिक्युरिटी आणि सोशल मिडिया अवेअरनेस हा किती गरजेचा आहे यासाठी ॲडव्होकेट वैशाली भागवत यांनी मार्गदर्शन केले. त्यानंतर डॉक्टर वर्षा शिंदे इमर्जन्सी मेडिसिन HOD, डी वाय पाटील कॉलेज, यांनी मुलांसाठी CPR चे प्रशिक्षण व मार्गदर्शन केले. त्याचप्रमाणे त्यांच्या टीम मधील इतर डॉक्टरांनी सर्पदंश, श्वानदंश व प्रथमोपचार कसे करावेत हे सादर केले. विनीत गेला यांनी इमोशनल इंटेलिजन्स हा आपल्या संपूर्ण आयुष्यात आणि कामकाजाच्या ठिकाणी निर्णय घेण्यासाठी किती महत्त्वाचा आहे यासाठी मार्गदर्शन केले. सर्वात शेवटी अनुजा व उमेश कोल्हटकर यांनी लीडरशिप डेव्हलपमेंट, टाईम मॅनेजमेंट, टीम बिल्डिंग इत्यादी वर खेळ आणि ग्रुप ॲक्टिव्हिटीज व्दारे अतिशय सुंदर मार्गदर्शन केले. दिवसभर मुले सर्व कार्यक्रमांमध्ये अत्यंत उत्साहाने सहभागी झाली होती. या कार्यक्रमात क्लबच्या रोटरॅक्ट क्लबमधील काही रोटरॅक्टर्स सहभागी झाले होते. क्लब तर्फे अँन शमा केरुळकर, संज्योत मालपाणी, रो. शैलेश व विनिता सिरसीकर, रो. सुनिता केले, रो संदीप केरूळकर, रो. सुधीर बापट, रो. सुबोध मालपाणी यांची मोलाची मदत झाली. युथ डायरेक्टर वैशाली देव आणि प्रेसिडेंट उज्वल केले यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली कार्यक्रम उत्तम रीतीने पार पडला. कार्यक्रमाची सांगता विदयार्थी सहायक समिती चे चीफ ट्रस्टी श्री तुकाराम गायकवाड यांच्या हस्ते बेस्ट RYLAite ना पारितोषिके देऊन करण्यात आली. विद्यार्थी सहाय्यक समिती तर्फे श्री. ततार, श्री. रंजनकर, श्री पठारे, नम्रता मॅडम, विद्यार्थिनी उत्कर्षा यांनी विशेष परिश्रम घेतलेत. कार्यक्रमात सहभागी झालेल्या काही विद्यार्थ्यांनी त्यांचे मनोगत व्यक्त केले. सर्वाँना असा कार्यक्रम वारंवार व्हावा असे वाटले. युथ डायरेक्टर वैशाली देव यांनी आभार प्रदर्शन केले आणि कार्यक्रमाची सांगता झाली. |
