Minutes of Meeting	1)Meeting call to order by President followed by National Anthem. 2)Decided to pay total Rs.2200/- to interact for flower pots out of Rs.2200/- Rs.1000/- given by Rot Hussainbhai & Rot Hemant each Rs.500/- so the club is paying only Rs.1200/-. 3)Solar lamps & mosquito nets to be given to “Torna Rajgad hostel” at Velha. Project cost yet to finalised. 4)Secretary gave the brief about the meeting held with Rotractors & RCPH members. 5)We are meeting on Sunday morning around 10.30 am to 12.00 noon for the finalisation of President elect for 24-25 & President nominee for 25-26 as well as BOD for the next year 23-24. 6)Thanks to Shabbirbhai Poonawala for arranging nice fellowship.
