Vega will receive the funds utilisation certificate will be sent by Monday or Tuesday of 100%. In the month April, entire project closure will be sent. Purpose of March end and taxation will be covered of VEGA by this 100% funds utilisation certificate. 2. Everything for GG Happy school is duly completed and we are waiting for RI to confirm about the same. Four entries which were entered double, clarification email had been sent to RI. Final file is also sent to South Asia Office. Now every compliance from us is duly complied with. 3. By Monday we will get the screen and by Tuesday or Wednesday it will be delivered and on the very next day it can be installed and this will be over by 31.03.2023. So handing over ceremony needs to be planned keeping in view the exams. 4. Hear surgeries - 16 surgeries duly completed. For 12 surgeries we have paid. To check when to file periodical reports and accordingly it needs to be complied with. Alpana to communicate by this months end to Royal and Colorado. 5. We had a zoom meeting with Vartak. On Monday, one machine which was given to Wonowrie, the principal Sharad Jadhav is going to check and will revert on how useful is the same. Then we will decide accoridnoy on how to proceed. 6. We have received generous donation of Rs. 1 lakh from Charu mam’s club. We need to give three proposals. One proposal is Pasure School has requested Touch Screen Smart TV for the school. Cost of the screen varies with the size of the screen. Yogesh to confirm the costing. To circulate this in the Club Group and to get the ideas of the project. One project can be in the field of Woman Empowerment and to give suing Machine so that they will have income generation from the same. 7. For the area of Peach and conflict Prevention, we can have Free Legal Advice from the panel of advocates and for conflict prevention, we can have retired counsellors, etc. there. We need to finalise the place, persons, - Children counselling, marriage counselling, Legal Dispute Civll, Legal Dispute Criminal, Sex education. Lets move ahead and see how it pans out and the budget required. We can allocate 20k from the presidential budget and from others, we can generate donors. 8. Club assembly can be done on AG visit when the aspect of President Nominee Designate and the sect of Day change can be put in the assembly. All directors need to remain present on 7.04.2023 for the AG Visit and for the same, to prepare the PPT, all directors to send their details to Bhushan. 9. DG Visit day to confirm on 21.04 from Walimbe. All needs to remain present on 21.04.2023 for the DG visit which will take place at Electronica Industrial Estate. 10. District Project - Health APP - Dr. Bhusare explained that he lost weight of 7/8 Kg wherein persons interested can join the APP and Rotarinas, Anns etc. can join the APP. It has no fees. Gauri is ready to take responsibility of Admin for this APP for RCPS. WE will go ahead with this. 11. We have 1,60,000/- funds. 36$ X 85 to keep separate. For 4 to keep as next years expense. 12. Rs. 5000/- to give to the trust by the end of this month by the directors who have not yet given the same. 13. Vedpathak to be added as member on both Rocks and Official and to add on RI Website. 14. For Rotaractor for the dual membership, it is decided that the club fees shall be 9k for year and 2100/- for APF. 15. Change Report - tomorrow 25.03.2023 it will be uploaded. Amit to come to Charity Commissioner office once date is given. 16. Budget to be given by Amit to be submitted at Charity Commissioner and accordingly to be submitted to the Charity Commissioner. 17.
