| Minutes of Meeting | IPP Anuradha Kale lead this heritage walk of Jangli Maharaj temple & Pataleshwar caves, whereas this place was suggested by Deepak & Swati Mahajan (as Guardian of the Month). Though Anuradha claims that this was her first attempt, it was very informative, wonderful & interesting experience for all members. Couple of friends from IFRM group also joined in this event. It was followed by breakfast at Hotel Poonam near Deccan Gymkhana. |

Charter members to present a PPT on the history of our club.. Trust Deed matter - Swastik , Harish and Arti to meet lawyer to finalize the draft deed . 4. Service : Report submitted by Sangeeta Lalwani before the BOD meeting . Board applauded Rtn Anish s donation of Rs 1 lac for Vikas Foot project. Cervical cancer vaccination one dose given to girl students of Smriti Baalvan School on 23rd March. A visit to this school to be planned by Natasha, Mohinish, Kumar , Rishikeshand Rahul to this school to assess their needs Board appreciated Saieshas donation of 2 e learning kits to this school. 6. Youth Activities - Report emailed / What apped by Youth Generation Director Rtn Kumar Kirpalani and was highly appreciated. 7. Public Image : Press Coverage recieved for Vikas Foot Project. All activities are well covered in various social media platforms. 8. Membership : This year the membership growth has been 25% with 9 new members inducted . All are taking active part in the various activities of the club. 9. Foundation : .GG account has a balance of Rs.3.86 lacs. Rotary Foundation has given approval to utilize this amount to give medical equipments to Sassoon hospital . Following members have contributed towards Foundation this month Natasha, Shalini and Apurva 150 dollars each and Anish 200 dollars. The Board complimented Harish for his efforts . PE Habil , due to health reasons has expressed his desire to step down as President in 2023-2024. BOD to discuss and find a solution. The meeting was concluded by vote of thanks to Rtn Swastik and Ann Anju Sirsikar by for their warm hospitality and great lunch and innovative theme . |
