Progress Review of BOD held in BOD Feb 22-23 was taken. 2. Discussions were done for preparation of AG / DG visits were done in following aspect 3. Approval was given for District’s proposal to host Leadership Program for Rotarians at Hotel Deccan Royale. 4. Approval was given to host Award night for RYE sudent along with 3 other host Clubs. 5. Vocational Excellence Awards – Names were discussed by 4 presidents – Kalidas More from Goodwill India, Kedar Pargaonkar- Niramay Yoga, Avani Gosavi – International Umpire for Tennis, Devika Vaidya – Indian Cricketer , Anuradha Prabhudesai and one unknown 6. Trust Change report process and address will be changed. Trust account in Canara Bank is changed to Treasurer Hemant Godbole’s address. 7. Project of Tractor is being finalised with Rotary Club of Pomegranate, Varkute. 8. Blood Donation camp will be held at 14th April 2023 at SwaroopWardhini.. Rtn Rahul Lale will coordinate this project with all the stakeholders and Service Projects- Medical team led by PP Rtn Mahendra Chitte 9. | Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with Reading of Last BOD Minutes. President gave a brief idea about following points 1. LSDS Hosted by Club- Deficit of Rs. 9,600 . Rtn. Divakaran Pillai has contributed Rs. 4,000 balance Of Rs. 5,600 will be contributed by President 2. Hall Collection is Rs. 1,73,500 Till Date 3. CSR Project of Rs. 4,92,360 and Rs. 8,20,100 were completed, Handing over will take place very soon 4. House Tax and Water Tax has been paid, Regularization of House Tax will be taken up in April for the year 2023-24 5. It is reveled that since 2012-13 onwards all Change Reports and other documents are not submitted to Charitable Commissioner 6. No one is ready to accept the Presidentship for 2023-24 7. High Risk Pregnancy Clinic project could not be started due to Non-receipt of Letter from KMC 8. New CSR Project from Fiber Foils has come and in progress worth of Rs. 2.00 Lacs 9. Foundation donation has been discussed and forms are distributed. |
