| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with review of last week by President Namita & Secretarial announcements by Secretary Atul. PP Vibhakar gave Rotary Information on Lady Leaders at Rotary International, in RID 3131 & in our club. Rtn Dileep Pandit was presented with the PHF+2 pin by PP Vibhakar Ramtithkar. After that PN Sameer Prabhune enthralled the audience with memories of the great musician R. D. Burman. The memories were exploring the ideas behind the song, funny moments during song recording, special instruments/voices used during song recording etc. All enjoyed the presentation very much. Best dressed male award was given to PE Milind Kulkarni & best dressed lady was Ann Deepa Prabhune. Also the following awards for few contests taken on Holi & Gudhipadwa were given: Best Puranpoli to Rtn Aarati Paigude and Best Gudhi to PP Vidya Patil. Vote of thanks was proposed by Rtn Vikas Waghmare. All members enjoyed tasty Kerala special fellowship by the club. Dress code for Ladies & Gents was Kerala traditional wear. |

Pranita Alurkar ( Rotary Club of Nigdi) Meeting of all members of Rotary Club of Belmondo was called by Parent club Rotary Club Of Nigdi. It is a special meeting to guide all members of Belmondo club. To resolve issues facing the club and to push further growth of Belmodo Club as such as a whole. Fellowship was sponsored by Rtn. Sushil Sahani Membership director. Many subjects were taken up for discussion and resolving issues of membership attendance, projects that can be undertaken in the next three months. District Chairman Membership Mr. Pankaj Patel put few ideas, thoughts before the members present. Krishna Priya, one of the club members, showed interest in education field and she agreed for School Survey within the vicinity of our Club. It is suggested that Rotary Baner for Sports events be arranged for future sports events to be undertaken in Lodha Belmondo Complex in the next two months. Rtn Raju Potdar will take up this issue with Lodha management being Sports Council member of Lodha complex. President Pranita Alurkar invited all members interested to attend Parent club’s meeting scheduled on 21.04.2023 at Rotary Community Centre in the evening at 7 pm. The subject of assimilation of all members is put for discussion and in principle all agreed for maximum assimilation and presence of club members on every 2nd and 4th Friday. Parent Club extended any help needed to resolve attendance and membership or any project issues as and when called upon. It is also discussed about preparation of Income and Expenditure statement for 22-23 (till 31.03.2023) On the basis of Bank statement of Federal bank till 31.03.2023. This matter will be taken up by Secretary Ca Dinesh Dixit in consultation with President Neeta Patil. To increase Assimilation amongst members, it has been decided that during our Regular Meetings, we focus on small low cost entertainment programs such as Housie, Antakshari, Day picnic, Movie etc. Once the assimilation is strong, we can plan for Family Night clubed with DG Visit. Rtn Hemant Jere – Director Foundation The meeting started with Secretary Vinayak welcoming the board members and the invitees. Secretory Vinayak read the MOM of 9th BOD meeting held on 7th March 2023. All were informed about the motive of inviting for BOD meeting. The agenda of the Seventh meeting read by Secretory Vinayak. 1. Took a review of the Club fees & trust contribution received so far and decide course of action to expedite the process for 100% collection. Treasure Sachin updated the board about the list of members who has paid the Club Fees and Trust contribution for RY 22 – 23. Discussed on trust balance, pending dues, and expected expenses. Trust Balance 15.05 Lacs, Club Balance 1.00 Lacs Expected Expenses, 10,000 for meetings, 70,000 for installation, 30,000 for club day. 2. Global Grand Project - Rtn. Abhay described the status of project. All Local partner clubs contributed in GG. We placed an Purchase order to the vendor. 3. Rotary Quiz is finalized on 13th April at Global Hall. 4. Discussed on Chess competition. We decided to collectively work on bringing sponsorships and as the plan decided by Rtn. Vivek, club members will participate as a volunteer. The Total cost of the tournament is close to 9 Lacs. We are lacking behind 2.5 lacs Rs to meet the budgets. 5. Surya Sahyadri Hospital GG project to be inaugurated on 15th April depends on the availability of Chief Guest. For cow donation project Rs. 80,000/- is still available and we can donate two cows in addition to the 100 donated cows. Need to freeze beneficiaries in the same area. 6. Date of Joint BOD to be decided after PET. 7. President Elect Ashok need to decide convenor for installation. 8. CPI score to be updated on Rotary 3131 9. Secretory Vinayak ended the meeting with thanking all BOD members to attend the meeting. 10. Rtn Hemant Jere offered a fellowship and BOD appreciated. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-Fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. at the Poona Club — Conference Hall 1, where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday thanked Rtn. Dr. Nitin Desai, CMD — Desai Brothers Limited, for his generous contributions of Rs. 3 crores for Rotary India CSR Grant — 11,000 Cataract Surgeries Project. This contribution is the highest so far (at the India level). With this contribution, Rtn. Nitin will achieve Arch Klumph Society Level Two (Chair Circle) recognition. President Uday thanked Rtn. PP Madhu Rathi, Rtn. Jignesh Patel, Rtn. Rakesh Makhija, and Rtn. Giri Sakhrani for their generous contributions towards RCPC Projects. President Uday also thanked IGW India Technologies Pvt Ltd for generous CSR contributions towards RCPC Projects. We wished happy birthday to Rtn. Dr. Shona Nag and Mr. Sanil Rajpal. We wished happy wedding anniversary to Rtn. Lalit and R’Ann Vidhu Vij, and Rtn. Kanwal and R’Ann Urvashi Guliani. The evening was dedicated to honouring those who have contributed to the upliftment of the underprivileged section of society, starting with Rtn. Nitin Desai, who was recently conferred the 33rd Punyabhushan Award by the Punyabhushan Foundation for his exceptional contribution to social causes and putting Pune on the global map. The introduction of Rtn. Nitin was done by Rtn. Vipen Malhotra. The second part of the evening’s program was the presentation of Vocational Awards, a special event at which RCPC felicitates non-Rotarians who give their best for society without any expectations of recognition for what they do. We as Rotarians appreciate their efforts to serve society and felicitate them so that it can become an inspiration for others. The six Real-Life Heroes felicitated by RCPC this year were Mr. Raj Deshmukh, for his environmental efforts for river and coastal clean-up; Ms. Ashlesha Onawale, for her work to develop skills for underprivileged sections of society; Mr. Rajendra Nahar, for rehabilitation of intellectually disabled persons; Ms. Jyoti Desraj Pillay, for medical social work; Ms. Devna Arora, for wildlife conservation and rehabilitation (details on http://www.rehabbersden.org); and Ms. Medha Bhagwan Gaikwad, for services in disease prevention and assistance to patients at Sahyadri Superspecialty Hospital. Rtn. Arun Shroff introduced the awardees and Rtn. Nitin Desai felicitated them. The evening concluded with interaction with children who have recovered from cancer and their parents. Ms. Jyoti Pillay introduced the children and their parents and Rtn. PP Narayandas Rathi felicitated the children. |
