| Minutes of Meeting | In this meeting, first the meeting called to order by Pres Bhushan. Thereafter secretarial announcements were given by Sachin. Thereafter in the Assembly, it was announced that Rtn Ashutosh Vaidya is designated as President Nominee Designate and then a resolution came to be passed unanimously wherein from 1st July 2023, the club's official meeting place will be shifted to club house of Electronic Industrial Estate and the meeting day will be changed from Friday to Thursday. Thereafter in the AG visit, documents came to be shown to AG and thereafter every director as per their avenue submitted the report to AG on the work done so far and the future plans. Thereafter the AG gave his remarks on the same and the meeting came to be adjourned. |

B) WNS requested for form B, reply to send, as its trust document only utilization certificate is sufficient as per CA C) Net Cracker : 1.46 last year balance letter to take for fund utilization for trust. D) Vitesco: for 85% utilization in same FY cheques of 1.25 & 0.5 lacs are prepared as on 31st March, to be hand over on demand. Payment of ATM to Proton: PO giver on 30th June 22 for 1.25 Lacs. It is discussed to take foll. Action to resolve - Triparty MOU back dated for project payment and execution. Rs 65 K by RCSR Trust and Rs 60+GST by Grampanchayat to proton against 1.25 Lacs bill. - No dues certificate from Ms Proton. - Handing over letter from Gram panchayat. Payment of Kund project subject to availability of project completion letters from beneficiaries. 2) Admin: April Meetings confirmed. For club day venue to finalised 3) Foundation: Appeal to all member and BODs to give min Rs 500 and in multiples to foundation by 30th April 4) Treasurer: Club Balance 3.93 Lacs Expected additional exp 40k up to date. Available 3.53Lacs 5) IT : Project reports with details of exp and nos of beneficiaries required to upload 6) Sports: Box Cricket on 16th April 7) New Club Auditor Mr Shantanu Paranjape CA from Sinhagad Road appointed, as Earlier auditor Sharma was not accessible and said his inability to continue.
