There was an idea of beautification of Rotary Garden as it was not in good shape. Same was discussed and agreed to do it at minimum budget. Discussion on polio fund from Panvel Festival account was done. PE rajendra informed that they will do it next year and needs their BOD approval.Hence it was dropped. |

Strong grievances were reported by President as all funds transactions and now a demand is made without any prior consent of BOD and President not even approved. Plus money was received from one party and donation was to be given in the name of another aprty. no clarity given. Ravi Vipra and Seema Khaire both votes against the sanction. But Sanmit and Prasad wanted to amend the situation (they didnt) President has been insulted repeatedly by Ghorpade was noted in the meeting. 4. CSR of Knorr Bremsey to be executed in May 5. Bawarchi day to be planned 6. Fund raise from Yuvan 7. In complete informaiton on new rotaract members was reported by president Ajay Wagh was to take corrective measures. |
