Minutes of Meeting	MOM of the meeting held on 24/4/2023 Venue- Girme School After the national anthem we discussed on the school kits distribution project 1)Club secretary Nitin told regarding the request from the school in Loni Kalbhor near Hadapsar they requesting 66 school kits for their students which are BPL. 5th to 7th std. 33 nos. 8th to 10th std. 33 nos. 2)As well as requested 64 school kits from Sane Guruji Hospital who runs the hostel for tribal girls in Narodi village near Manchar (110 kms. From Pune) 5th to 7th std. 27 nos. 8th to 10th std. 37 nos. & near around tribal students from the various schools. 1st to 4th std. 164 nos. Total cost of school kit project is Rs. 153600/- for 256 nos. 3)Their is a request from another NGO who works in the BARA BALUTEDAR (moving families) for the medical Kit which costs Rs.800/- to Rs. 1000/- per kit. Nitin told that each school kit costs Rs. 600/- per no. & asked the club to contribute for the same. As well as for medical kits. 4)Rot. Suhailji said that we should do the project in which we & our families all involved e.g. a) Health check up camp. b) Lectures in the schools etc. 5)Nitin suggested this is the correct time to *ask our family, our children, friends & well-wishers to contribute Rs. 600/- per school kit. * Hope maximum will work on it & contribute more in to project 6)Birthday wishes to Rot. Kunjan & Anniversary wishes to Rot. Rajendra & Bhabhiji 7)Yummy fellowship from President .
