| Minutes of Meeting | • The meeting started at 8.00. pm. President Rtn. Namita Naik welcomed all the members of the Board for the tenth BOD meeting. of the year She shared the various activities and programme carried out in the month of March. • She gave the feed back of the project for the Adavasi children at Pune Metro Ride. • Also congragulated Rtn Kutwal family for hosting the RYE Student. • President said that only in Membership we could not do any increase and hence no award. • Secretary Rtn. Atul gave the status of attendance and other activities In April. The attendance was about 45 average per meeting. • The Minutes of the last BOD were read and confirmed . Proposed by Rtn Vidya . Seconded by Rtn Milind. • Views of major activities and programmes to be conducted were shared by different directors. • Service Projects: Director Rtn Vivek Kulkarni Director Rtn Vivek was absent. . • Club Administration: Director Rtn Vaishali Lupane Director Rtn Vaishali Lupane gave the status of the planned programme. In Every Meeting Rotary Information was given. Following programme in April 1 st april - R.D buram program 8 th april– lecture on signature and numerology. 15 april.— sasu and sunbai interactive programme. 22 april -lecture on signature and numerology 29 april– club assembly and RYE presentation Programme for May 6 may - lecture on diabetes. 13 may – club day 20 may—doctor orchestra 27 may –planning assembly On 20 may for the doctor orchestra we have to pay Rs 10000/- to the doctors for the programme. She also gave the program for june. All program have been finalised, the installation ceremony fellowship will be coordinated by Rtn Vidya. • Youth Services: Director Rtn Vidya Patil Rtn Vidya said that no activities in interact. In rotaract good projects have been done. All congratulated that Rtn Ram and Rtn Pradeep for hosting the RYE students. Rtn Namita said that due to miscommunication to host the latest RYE student could not be hosted by rtn asmita. Problem solved. • Membership Committee: Director Rtn Sameer Prabhune Director Rtn Sameer Prabhune has given the that one member has shown interest . her name will be given .Rtn Sameer said that our past member mr paigude is interested to become member. we can consider his case. Rtn Ram suggested that we can take him subjected to no controversy created while he left.so it was decided due to past his difference he cannot be taken. Rtn Nitin said one member is interested , he can be inducted on planning assembly.it was decided that one member will be inducted on planning assembly. • Public Image Committee: Director Rtn Ganesh Hadake. Director Rtn Ganesh Hadke said that selfie point is to be done. Coverage about the projects done has appeared in many newspapers. • The Rotary Foundation: Director Rtn Meenatai Ghasasi Director Rtn Meenatai was absent. • Director Vocational Service : Rtn Rupali Bajaj. Director Rupali was absent • Director Special Projects : Rtn Nitin Naik Rtn Nitin said that the machines are ready will be delivered in may. • Finance Committee : Director Rtn Abhay Bhise Director Rtn Abhay Bhise was Absent • Treasurer: Rtn Uday Thatte. Treasurer Rtn Uday was absent but he had informed as under The Balance in Club account is at Rs 0.97 lakh The Balance in Trust account is Rs 2.04 lakh All records required for audit are given to CA. The advance Scholarship to given on interest of Late Prachi Dharamsi Foundation amount is still pending. – Rtn Meenatai has coordinated with Rtn Namita. • IT: Director : Rtn Asmita/ Rtn Pushkaraj Rtn Asmita was said that All data has been uploaded on the RI Website Rtn Ram and Rtn Suvarna has given cheque to foundation. If all 38 members donate to the foundation/2 more PHS members added/received 900$ more for Polio donation, we can get 40 marks. For PI, two more news required to be published in newspaper & two news to be published in Rotary news. This can give 10 extra points For Youth, Residential RYLA can give 25 extra points For membership, at least 1 member should be added before 30 June. • Club Counsellor :Rtn Ajit Kulkarni. Rtn Ajit – was absent • Club Trainer :Rtn Ram Kutwal Rtn Ram was happy with the overall performance. • Other points It was decided that any members who do not give fellowship will have to give Rs 5000/- . Rtn namita said that at Bhor a water tank will be donated. Also donor is available. Rtn milind said that the website is getting expired on june . so action ahs to be taken. | Minutes of Meeting | 1. After regular business, Treasurer presented his Report. During his presentation he explained the project wise expenses with further details. After closing balance as on 23rd April 2023, he also made members aware of balance period's expected expenses. Considering present balance There will be short of funds around Rs. 7000. President assure members that he will manage the funds and he will contribute if needed. 2. President once again reminded members that we must have Asset Register with Physical Verification of Asset. This will give correct Idea about the Present Movable Assets 3. The Sunshine and Polio Contribution by the members is Rs. 5,500 till Date. Whatever contribution at the ned of ist week of June will be donated as Polio Fund |
